Nate and the team at Monterey Party Bus provided excellent service for our wedding transportation. Nate went above and beyond, even test-driving our route from Carmel to Big Sur to ensure everything would go smoothly. He also graciously made late-night trips to drop off guests at their hotels, which we truly appreciated. One tip: Be sure to coordinate clearly with both your wedding planner and driver about schedules and instructions, as we did have a hiccup with timing--an early bus arrived late, and the main left before all guests were loaded but returned to complete the trip. We hired the Monterey Party bus for our bridal party on our wedding. We thought it would be a fun idea as opposed to the traditional limo. When I first contacted them, they were extremely friendly and tentative. We sent a deposit and everything was good to go. However, leading up to our wedding, they were not very responsive. I kept calling and emailing them to confirm the times, and didn't get a response until a couple days before our wedding. I had also emailed them a list of all the people to contact on the day of including the wedding coordinator. On the day of our wedding, an hour before our wedding, the driver was going to pick up the groomsman from the hotel they were at to take them to the venue. He called my cell phone over and over as I was getting ready to walk down the aisle. I called him and gave him my husband's phone number. He called back after we hung up to get the number again. He called back again a third time for the number. He didn't remember the number I provided. During that time I was getting dressed for my wedding and it was stressful to have him keep calling me, especially when I provided the company with all of the contact information. At the end of the wedding, during our reception, the driver called my husband's phone when he was trying to get into the venue. Who answers their phone during their wedding? Again, I had provided the venue's phone number and the wedding coordinator's number. When my husband did not answer his phone during our wedding reception, the driver simply turned around and left. My bridal party was standing outside of our wedding venue with no transportation. It was very embarrassing. We eventually got in contact with him and he turned back around. In sum, the bus was okay, and a fun time for our bridal party when he arrived. I have never written a bad review in my life. However, I provided the company with specific time and locations arrivals, who to contact, and this added stress to our wedding day. All of our vendors were wonderful, and this is the only vendor I had issues with. Only reason I write this review is to caution other brides and grooms. read more

Thank you to Nate and Monterey Party Bus. We celebrated a birthday party this past weekend and everything was perfect. Nate was helpful and friendly from the first time I called him. We got a lot for the price and it was definitely worth it. We took the party bus from Salinas to the Saddle Rack in Fremont. He setup scheduled stops a long the way for people to use the restroom and stock up on goodies. The bus was clean and fully stocked with waters, soda and ice. The sound system was on point and the lighting was perfect. We will definitely book again in the future. read more

Flanagans Pub in Carmel utilized the party bus for safe transport to a concert in Big Sur and back to the pub. The service was amazing, the bus was tip top, and traversing the coast made for a picturesque drive. The crew handled the bus like a couple of pros (Highway One is NOT an easy thing). We had numerous changes to our itinerary right up to the last minute and they were very accommodating with it all. We brought a cd of the performing band so we could jam out en route and they have a killer sound system! We will definitely be partying with the Monterey Party Bus again. read more

Our family used Monterey Party Bus on Feb. 1 for a birthday celebration and couldn't have been happier! From the time we booked it, to the excellent follow-up, to the night of the event itself, this was a seamless and pleasant experience. Nate (Driver) and Stephanie (Host) showed up w/ a clean bus, beautiful interior, stocked bar areas, and a photo slide show of our guest of honor! They assisted some of our older guests on & off the bus, played our music playlist, and transported us safely in the rain in the most gracious and helpful way possible. Hired this AMAZING party bus for a Christmas party. I sent them photos of all of our friends on the bus and they put together a slide show. It was a super fun and safe way to get to and from our venue. We had more fun on the bus than the party haha. I even left a couple of items on the bus and they were kind enough make arrangements to return my things. I will definitely book again for next year. read more

I used the Monterey Party Bus for my wedding weekend in Monterey. Brandi & Diallo were awesome to work with because they removed all the stresses of transporting 50+ guests to multiple locations. They kept me aware of the pickup schedule and had no problem waiting a few more minutes before leaving or picking up, as our guests were running a bit late.
