I would agree. We wanted lots of leftovers. We got burnt ends, pork belly burnt ends, pulled pork, sliced brisket and corned beef. The burnt ends were to die for! The pork belly--ooh my G! Got the Mac n cheese and twice baked potato, fries and it came with more cornbread and pickles. I also ordered a small side of Cole slaw. Because you have to try the slaw... Twice baked pot stuff is good. But not amazing too me. I would put in more cheese and bacon. Not whip potato so much. Or maybe they are instant. But good flavor Mac n Cheese was epic! my last review mentioned that the next time i would be in town would head over to the truck…read more thought he would not be open, but surprise to see he was. my friend, lost Linda (chuck will know) called and he said what time he would be ready for us to pick up the pizza. we went by a bit early and had a nice chat while we were there. the pizza was everything i was told about--the crust is a bit softer than what you would think, but it is damn good. his sauce is sweet and spicy at the same time--fantastic balance between the two. and we just got a plain sausage--and i am impressed with the amount of sausage on the pizza--no skimping on it--thank you. it is a pleasure to go get dinner, and have a nice time in doing it--Chuck, we definitely will be back.

I had the cowboy with cheddar, bbq sauce & onion rings. It was hot, the meat was cooked perfectly (not overdone) and had two niced sized rings on it. I loved every bite. My husband had the mushroom & Swiss (with grilled onions). It was great too -- he let me steal some shrooms & onions. Yum! The onion rings were fresh and hot. Loved them.
