I have been diagnosed bipolar and maintain a relationship with a counselor on a regular basis. Thankfully, I crossed paths with Mike and continue to see him on an as needed basis. He is sincere in his interests to serve you as his patient. He offers appointments on occasion that are outside his normal schedule. Most importantly, he offered assistance to my family and a family member that surpassed any expectation I would have ever had. I texted him and he read between the lines. I was able to phone him and discuss my concerns. The therapists have been patient, understanding, and encouraging--pushing me to reach goals I didn't think were possible. If you're recovering from surgery and need rehabilitation, I highly recommend taking advantage of their services. The only downside is the parking--valet is free but gets backed up, so plan to arrive about 30 minutes early. In both inpatient and outpatient settings, the team has been supportive, motivating, and focused on helping me set measurable goals. They've made a huge difference in my recovery.

Specific ratings:…read more1) PT rating 5. 2) Food rating 1, especially for someone with special diet. 3) Nursing services rating 2, however there were a few competent nurses. Medications delivered to patient were wrong daily. Call answer many times took 30 minutes. 4) Medication control rating 1. Poor relationship between facility and pharmacy. Meds were either wrong, forgotten or not delivered from pharmacy. Almost like they were COD. 5) Personal care rating 2. Nurses aids barely adequate. 6) Admissions rating 1. Admitted for post operative care. Hand delivered prescription for pain, nothing until 1:30am. Nearly called 911 to return to hospital. When leaving for further hospital treatment, admissions ARGUED that we couldn't "just leave" and return home. I would not return here, ever.
