This was my first experience with a family member in a nursing home and I so wish we would have done things differently and not listened to their infinite number of excuses. While we don't have the chance to change the way things happened, my wish is that nobody else goes through what my family experienced.

I come here for pelvic floor therapy, and in a relatively short amount of time it has completely changed my life for the better. The improvement I've experienced has been incredible, and I genuinely look forward to seeing how much more progress I can make. My therapist is knowledgeable, encouraging, and does an excellent job managing her patients. That said, one challenge is that therapists often have to split their time between multiple patients in different areas of the clinic. While my therapist does a great job balancing everything, I'm used to a more one on one therapy environment where the therapist is present throughout the entire session, watching each rep and making corrections as needed. At times, it can feel like there simply aren't enough hands for the number of patients being treated. The other drawback is the parking situation. As someone with mobility challenges, I wish there were more accessible parking options closer to the building. If you don't arrive early enough to get one of the spots directly in front, you may have to park in the larger lot and walk farther to the entrance. It may not seem like much to some people, but for individuals attending therapy because of physical limitations, that extra distance can be significant. Despite those concerns, the quality of care I've received has been outstanding. The progress I've made through pelvic floor therapy has had a meaningful impact on my daily life, and I'm grateful for the support and expertise of the staff. If accessibility and staffing improvements were made, this would easily be a 5 star experience for me.

No one likes physical therapy (PT) but Drew and Dan make it fun and I found myself looking forward to my PT sessions. When you first walk in you are greeted by Shawna who is very nice, welcoming, knowledgeable about your individual coverages and is extremely organized. The reception area is extremely clean and welcoming. Once you go through the doorway into the PT area you will be immediately welcomed by Drew and Dan or maybe one of the assistants or graduate interns. The PT area is also extremely clean and welcoming. There is hand sanitizer everywhere and Drew and Dan sanitize after working with each client. The restroom is also well lit and extremely clean. I attended PT three times a week for about two months and started noticing a reduction of pain almost immediately and after each session the pain decreased as my strength and agility increased. The exercises chosen for me where never painful and always just the right amount of push for my body at the time. I was also coached on form and technique so as to maximize the affects of my therapy. I absolutely loved working with Drew (the PT), Marco (the grad student) and Tyler (the assistant) they are so knowledgeable, fun and entertaining plus the music or TV shows were always on point. In all of my sessions (about 24ish) I was never disgruntled by the music or what was on TV. I also loved that I could talk TV, movies or sports with Drew as he watched the same shows and had the same love of comedy and action style movies. If you need physical therapy, I highly recommend this company and this location! And remember physical therapy is there to get your body back to 100. If you have a knee that hurts or a shoulder that is always sore in the summer. Go to ProRehab, they do free assessment and will either help or send you in the right direction. I have a knee that needs to be strengthened and will be going back when I have so more time at home. With regard to my shoulder, I am feeling great and was just released back to full job duties. I could not be happier regarding my rehabilitation success!

The new build looks great from the outside but still has a few months until it's open. This temporary location, serves its purpose and gets the job done. I started coming here due to a recent shoulder surgery that requires several weeks of physical therapy. My therapist, Jamie, is top notch. She's very knowledgeable about the human body and what is needed in each case to improve your quality of life. On day one we started in, working my shoulder in ways it didn't want to go. No pain no gain right!?!? I'm currently about three weeks into treatment and I can tell without a doubt the people here are top notch. They don't just work on shoulders. I have been a patient at several different Physical Therapy places in this area (and as a previous…read moremilitary wife, I have been treated at a few OUTSIDE this area, too). The Results office on Cedar Grove Road has some of the finest therapists available anywhere. I doubt you could find any one in a 100 mile radius who is more qualified, knowledgeable, or compassionate than the head of this Results team, Louanne Armstrong. I was a patient under Mrs Armstrong a few years ago. I was receiving therapy again when the pandemic began, so stopped my treatment until vaccination was available. I was still having a lot of pain & last month, my doctor was talking about possible surgery and pain management, so I requested he consider physical therapy and asked for a referral to the Results in Shepherdsville. I have so much respect for Mrs Armstrong and her crew that, even though my doctor kept submitting my referral to the PT group in his medical facility, I refused it 3 times before I finally convinced him that I wouldn't settle for less than Results. The Results Physical Therapy office is easily located and has plenty of convenient parking. There's a nice little waiting room for those who have to wait, although my personal experience has seen waits are usually pretty short. The Administration staff are very efficient & courteous. The physical therapy room is large, open, and light; and yet, each patient's couch has curtains if privacy is needed. I enjoy the fact that there can be as much or little interaction as desired among patients since everything is so open. But there is also plenty of privacy if a patient should wish or need. I do believe that Mrs. Armstrong and her team know every muscle, tendon, ligament, nerve, artery, and bone that run through the body and how each is connected to all the other. They seem almost magical in their ability to pinpoint a pain trigger and how to work around it or through it until it is no longer so painful. Within three short weeks, I am stronger & steadier on my feet; and though I know I still have a long way to go, it seems to me that I have improved considerably. All the members of the Results team are highly professional, but still friendly enough to relax any type personality. They are understanding when I am hurting too bad to continue with a particular exercise, & usually can offer another way to get the same results without causing more pain. It's such a comfort to know that there are real professionals available in my community. I hesitate to give them such a great referral, even though they deserve it, because I am afraid too many people will begin to go there and they won't have enough time for me! But as selfish as that would be, I just can't keep good news to myself.

For over a decade I went to a business that was around the corner from my home in Fern Creek - after another company acquired them. I knew it was time for a change. Two business later, I can honestly say Mooney EyeCare Center is and will always be my forever home for my eyes. The staff was extremely efficient and friendly. I felt welcomed and comfortable as soon as I walked through the doors. I love the decor! The waiting rooms and the exam rooms all have the same artistic floor that relaxes you and puts you at ease. There was no wait to get placed into an exam room and the wait for my eye doctor was minimal. My optometrist was Dr. Hargus. His eye examination was thorough and he asked appropriate questions as needed. Dr. Hargus was extremely knowledgeable, speaks very clearly and made direct eye contact when discussing my eye assessment with me. He was also friendly. I was please with his demeanor and intelligence. I have found my new forever home for my eye health. I strongly recommend Mooney EyeCare Center

However, I couldn't get anyone so I managed to get to the bathroom by myself. Upon requesting pain medication, one day I waited 2 hours! The PT staff was fabulous. The food was acceptable but I did not appreciate the black bugs.

Most recently my father in law's wedding ring came up missing from his finger. When it was reported, nothing was done about it. Items disappear from his room all the time and when a complaint is lodged, they miraculously reappear. He recently had to go to the VA for care, and now, after being back at Franciscan for many weeks, they STILL have not come up with a care plan for him. The facility is not ADA compliant. He is confined to a wheelchair due to being a fall risk. When going to eat in the dining facility, the tables do not allow for a wheelchair to push up to them in such a way that the individual can reach their meal. They were able to find a rolling tray that he could use that pushed up to his wheelchair. Then that disappeared so he is no longer able to eat in the dining facility. Charges and billing for things that are never received. These are just a few of the things our family has experienced. There is obviously a lack of training and leadership here. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. We would love to pull them out but at their ages, they don't want to have to go through another move. If you have a loved one here and truly care about them, keep an eye on their care. Make sure they are getting what they are paying for and that they deserve. We are truly disappointed.
