Would not recommend doing business here or with State Farm at all. They want to use refurbished parts on a $90,000 vehicle. Have done nothing to try to make the situation right. I'm out a deductible in addition to the other $2700 they will not pick up. No wonder State Farm is no longer #1. I told Jenny after this, we will remove our vehicles from this insurance...her response was more or less, "I don't care." Terrible customer service. You never get the same claims person and you retell the story every time because they don't update computer notes while they're watching Netflix.
