That same day, I gave the shop a telephone call about two hours prior to their closing time, and they told me to stop in. I made my way to their shop, and they determined that the crack could be fixed. In fact, they completed the repair in under fifteen minutes! Two cracks in different areas of the windshield were found, and both defects were almost invisible after their work. After taxes, the charge was a very reasonable $76. The staff were all very accommodating and polite. I was impressed with the depth of knowledge of the technicians employed there. I especially enjoyed petting and rubbing the ears of the dog that one of the employees had there inside of the office. (It's a good thing that I like dogs!) The facility itself is easy to miss. The area in front of the building is cramped, but there's plenty of parking located on the far side of the property. I recommend this business, and would definitely hire them again for my auto glass needs.

Well, they gave it a preliminary cleaning and said they'd be back later that day with a tool they needed. This was in the morning. At around 8PM, after this "24hour business" (at the time) dodged all of my calls, my wife left a message posing as a new customer. It was at this point he called her back and I answered. He complained about it being late and it was like pulling teeth getting him back out here to do the job halfway. It took two visits from them to get it done, and another week (of him complaining that he needed his fans back) for the carpet to finish drying out. Afterwards, he left one of the fans he complained about wanting back. Six months later I texted and said he can either get it or I'm throwing it away, and he said I could just toss it. It's like he wants the business, but is too lazy to do the work. Left this review on Facebook and he harassed me through messenger calling me "white trash".
