Recently, the vehicle that I was driving had a rock kicked up into the windshield. The cracked area was slightly larger than the size of a quarter (coin), and I didn't want the damage to spread so far as to be unrepairable. That same day, I gave the shop a telephone call about two hours prior to their closing time, and they told me to stop in. I made my way to their shop, and they determined that the crack could be fixed. In fact, they completed the repair in under fifteen minutes! Two cracks in different areas of the windshield were found, and both defects were almost invisible after their work. After taxes, the charge was a very reasonable $76. The staff were all very accommodating and polite. I was impressed with the depth of knowledge of the technicians employed there. I especially enjoyed petting and rubbing the ears of the dog that one of the employees had there inside of the office. (It's a good thing that I like dogs!) The facility itself is easy to miss. The area in front of the building is cramped, but there's plenty of parking located on the far side of the property. I recommend this business, and would definitely hire them again for my auto glass needs. read more

Call Ed Union and they told me although they were booked thru August to bring it in and they'd do their best to work it in. At 4pm I received a call and it was fixed. I shattered the back glass in my truck. I called them rite then. They told me that they would work me in the next day if I could drop my vehicle off and let them work on it when they could. They called me at 10:30 that morning. My glass was out less than 24 hours!!!! They were about 1/3 the price I thought it would be. The lady that took my call was very nice and helpful. I went to get my windshield chip fixed. The guy was late opening the store. He looked like he had a hard night and wasn't happy to be working. I was right behind him and he locked the door behind himself. I know he had to hear me try to open the door but he ignored me. Others were waiting to get in. At some point, he unlocked the door but did it so we wouldn't know he had opened the store. Someone new came up to the door and it opened. We all went in and there was no one to be found. We all sat in the waiting area and no one came to wait on us. I finally left and called Discount Glass and they were at my house in a couple of hours and had the job done. The man who came to my house was delightful. The cost was the same as taking my car into Union Glass! I would never take my vehicle to Union Glass.
