We literally had to wring our clothes out by hand before drying them. The dryers we used were sub par and required excessive drying time, as they seemed to take a long time to dry. The place is really clean. I really think they should consider adding a public restroom as doing laundry can be time consuming. Customers should be able to have a bathroom and sink to use ,especially for hand washing after dealing with unclean laundry.

The dry is best used 8 minutes wait till it's completely dry then place 50 cent to get a full 16 minute drying. If not you must enjoy wasting more money because if you put a dollar in there the machine will deduct 4 minutes for inconvenience fee. So instead of 16 minutes for a dollar your get 12 minutes for a dollar. Hope this helps someone or hopefully they will fix the issue if not the owner will have more money in there pocket.

He had made great relationships with his customers and takes care of everyone. He knows many by name. In just a short time of coming there I've seen how consistent he is with the patrons and he really cares. It's really nice. I use the facilities but also the wash and fold services. First time I did a drop off and it was just for one small load so $22. This time for 2 loads with pickup included cam to about $58 still not too bad. They follow instructions, fold clothes beautifully and are organized. It's a wide range for pickup and drop off (4hrs) that's the only concern I have because I don't want my items outside for long extended time but it is nice because they text when they are on the way, give and ETA and take a photo of your items. This was nice. Finally, the facilities you can pay using the app or just Apple Pay with the QR code in the machine. They range with the washer size $5.25-$10.25 I believe. They offer FREE DRYERS! I went there because I saw the sign. I really like it because there are big name wash and fold services but may people say things get lost or mixed up or they over charge. This place is so personalized and cares about the community I don't and hope that wouldn't ever be an issue. I must say I am pleased thus far.

I've been trying for 2 days to speak with someone at the Conyers best laundry in Conyers Georgia…read moreand each time all I get is the robot lady and the first time I ever heard it I thought it really was a person until it would not answer my questions and would talk over me and I could try to interrupt it and it would not be interrupted. Anyway I was in a very bad wreck and I have several disabilities and I wanted to ask some questions about the facility itself and speak with someone who's actually in there not someone from an office at another location or from some robot voice that's been programmed to say certain things. I really wanted to speak with someone especially after all the wonderful reviews that I have read . I still have yet to hear back from anyone but each time that I called I was assured that someone would be getting in touch with me . Three times yesterday and three times today . I would call back after 3 hours of not getting a call back I would try them again . My last call was actually more like a regular voicemail rather than the robot lady . But I still have not received a call back . And I really needed to do some laundry since my washing machine is having issues and I do have disabilities from a really bad wreck and Connor's best laundry is just around the corner from me so it's very close by I know there's a lot of parking even though there's not a lot right in front of it but still it's better than traveling someplace else and ending up in a place that it's not very clean or not very good or not very updated. And everything I've read about this facility sounds wonderful. Except for the fact I can't get anybody to answer the phone and I can't get anybody to return my phone calls .
