What a lovely experience!! My 1-year old loves music and dancing, so The Music Class has been on our list of places to checkout for a while now, so I'm glad we took some time to go. On a windy Saturday I decided to start our day with an introductory class and it was such a great pick-me-up. Finding the place was incredibly easy and there was enough parking for a dozen or so cars in their lot. The biz is situated in a cute little house with a nice play area in the back for the kiddos to frolic in before/after class. We went in for the 10am class with Ms. Ryan and were joined by 5 or 6 other kids and their parents. We were the only newbies but Ms. Ryan made us both feel so comfortable. She put a sticker on my son's back to remember his name (lolol) and did a great job at doing so! The songs and dances were easy to pick up on, well, for me an adult lol. My son is in his clapping and dancing phase, so he enjoyed clapping along. I loved that there were moments when they could grab their own instruments and play along - he loved that so much! All in all, an absolutely wonderful experience for my little musician and I. We can't wait to go back! read more

My daughter loves the music class so much! She is not even a year old, but we play the songs for her at home as well as in class, and she starts panting with excitement when she hears them. I feel so lucky to have programming like this for littles in our area! We definitely want to sign her up for future sessions. read more

Ms Ivey was exceptionally wonderful with the all the kids. She had good spirit and we loved the class. Now if your child gets sick and you miss a week close to your last session, there is no make up class for this unless your sign up for the next spring to fall or winter session round. So they basically take a week's money from you, so know that going in. read more

Young minds get social, mimic vocal tones and follow directions in a lively parent + child group. We've seen a timid child learn to be teacher's helper over a few classes. We have had a wonderful experience at The Music Class. My 1.5 year old just finished his first fall session. Our teacher was friendly and excellent with toddlers! I like that anything is welcome - some younger kids crawl around the room and explore while others sit still and sing. The songs and instruments are really nice and I know my son recognizes the music now when I play them at home! Extremely grateful that the staff has been so COVID conscious and offers vaccine-required classes. I feel very safe with them. And we also are enjoying the clean, brand new building. Looking forward to starting our winter session soon! read more

The music class has been a fun weekly activity. We have really enjoyed it! Ms. Anna is our teacher and she's great! We have had to take a couple make ups though and have enjoyed the other teachers as well. They are all sweet, fun, energetic, really care about the kids, love music and sharing that love with the kids. Some classes kids run around all class, be prepared for some chaos but it is controlled chaos. The staff is so great-- if you have a really young one or older one and you want to be with kids near their age they will tell you which classes have that average age. Their make-up policy is the best. Other kid classes if you miss you pay or you only get one absence for the course but they are willing to work with you, which is so nice. No stress. I highly recommend the music class! We have kids in our class that started as babies and are 4 now...everyone enjoys it! read more

My boy loves the Music Class! I've been taking my son to the Music Class, Sandy Springs location - a mile from our house, since he was almost 12 months old. He loves going. And he has a real appreciation for music as a result. The teachers have been great - most are moms who took their kids to the class and then became teachers - yet with terrific voices and enthusiasm. We've made some nice friends and convinced our neighbor to go too. I find myself singing some of the tunes at the oddest times - catchy! read more

My 2 year old is now in his second session of The Music Class - Sandy Springs. He goes to the facility at Sandy Springs Christian Church. It is fun, upbeat, professional, and well-organized. We love the CDs and appreciate the songbooks that come with each session. Due to us making up classes, etc., we've been exposed to 3 of the teachers and they are all great.
