Thank goodness my days of pawning goods are long over. But, if such were necessary, the folks at…read moreEasy Cash Pawn & Jewelry would get my business. I stopped here on a recent Saturday afternoon in search of a particular piece of jewelry. I'd been to several 'mall' jewelry stores and couldn't find what I was looking for (so many lab-created stones these days). As it went, this place had it. And it was discounted to boot.** The coolest thing here, though, is the people. They are real. They understand people like me -- and people who are there seeking loans on personal goods. A man came in during my visit and wanted to extend his loan, and they worked with him, without making him feel like a loser. ~ Pawning something usually means one is desperate for money. It was nice seeing these people working with this man. If you're shopping, just know that they have everything from firearms to estate jewelry ... and everything in-between. This location is also a great place to pick up some tools. I don't often patronize pawn shops, but maybe I should. And Easy Cash Pawn & Jewelry is my first choice. **- Went to a local jeweler to dip it in white gold and tighten stones, and they were impressed with the quality and price.

My husband wore out his wedding band and it cracked (We didn't purchase the ring here but I saw…read morethat they did repairs). The customer service was great and friendly, and we got his ring back within a week. Unfortunately they did some unrequested modifications. The ring was a little dirty when I dropped it off but not so dirty you'd assume it was black... (it's a custom made one of a kind silver nugget ring). When I picked up the ring it was painted black in the nugget creases, they said it was "antiqued". I only asked for the band to be to be repaired and the ring wasn't "antiqued" to begin with so that was disappointing. I still want to give this store 4 stars though because they fixed the mistake quickly and I was able to pick it back up in a few days. I will be using them for future repairs but I will make sure to be clear to only fix what is asked.

My fiancé and I attended a special event at Helzberg on July 9, 2026 with the intention of creating…read moreand purchasing a wedding band. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing and left us feeling unwelcome and judged. When we walked into the store, we were not greeted warmly. The first employe, a thin blonde late 20s early 30s, seemed hesitant to assist us and quickly passed us off to another salesperson. From the start, the second associate's, middle aged brunette, demeanor was cold and uninviting. Her first questions were, "Why are you here?" and "Who invited you?" rather than welcoming us or asking how she could help. She then took us to the customized wedding band display area. Instead of showing us any rings, she repeatedly asked what we were looking for and immediately stated that the lowest-priced options were around $2,000 plus diamonds. She asked about our budget, and when we told her it was $5,000, we were already felt turned off by her attitude and the impression that she had made assumptions about what we could or could not afford. Despite discussing our interest in wedding bands, she never once offered to open the display case or show us any of the rings in person. What made this experience even more frustrating is that my fiancé specifically designed my engagement ring at this Helzberg location, and many of the regular sales associates know him and have always treated us well. At that point, we decided not to continue shopping and simply requested a cleaning for my engagement ring. After I removed my ring and handed it to her, she complimented it and suddenly became interested in showing us wedding bands. She began pulling out rings and trying to sell us options--but only after seeing the engagement ring I was wearing. This behavior felt incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. We should have been treated with the same level of courtesy and attention from the moment we walked in, regardless of what we were wearing or what assumptions were made about our spending ability. Being ignored, judged, and then treated differently after revealing my engagement ring was completely unacceptable. We came in excited to create a wedding band and celebrate an important milestone. Instead, we left feeling undervalued and disappointed. I hope management addresses this issue so future customers are welcomed and treated with respect from the very beginning.
