No appointment. Popped in with a friend and my pedi got started immediately, friend starts her soaking next to me - 15min in my friend asks when hers will start. She says 20 more minutes! Sorry, what? So misleading to start my service immediately but expecting her to sit there with her feet in water for 45min...they knew we would have gone somewhere else if they said there was a 45 min wait for two services together. There are too many other good nail places around now to bother here again. Was also not busy at all and really run down inside, which shows the decline in popularity. The tech was apologetic, and this was not her fault, but the gentleman (manager?) kept saying we should make appointments next time. Based on a scan of the reviews here that doesn't appear to be the solution either. read more

Never been more disappointed in a gel mani/pedi. In less than 3 days after my gel mani/pedi I developed an infection on my right thumb, multiple chips in the gel nails and the entire gel polish fell off my pinky toe. Save your money. read more

The product quality here sucks! 4 nails on my NO CHIP manicure chipped a couple days after I got them done. Not only were my nails chipping my 2 big toes were also chipping. I had an upcoming vacation so I couldn't go back in to get them repaired and I called to let them know I will come in when I return. I was told the woman who did my nails no longer works there but they would fix them when I'm back in town. My mani/pedi looked so bad I had to get a whole new pedicure and 3 fingernails repaired while on vacation. The day after I came back in town I go to this place to get the 4th nail fixed that chipped and the old male tech was EXTREMELY rude. He kept asking what nail I want fixed without listening to the inconvenience I went through and offer a better solution. I don't know if their products are old/cheap or if the manicurist did a bad job prepping my nails. Either way, I walked out because he was disrespectful and had a disgusting attitude. I'm a single mom with 1.5hrs of childcare booked every two weeks. I was very specific when I made my apt that I needed hands/toes done at the same time . When I got here, they started my toes and took the opportunity to service walk in clients instead of doing my mani/pedi at the same time. When I mentioned what they were doing, they said they were too short staffed. I had to leave without my nails done to get my son in time. This has happened twice where they promised my mani/pedi at same time via apt and did not provide that service. I won't be back. read more

I've been going there for a few years now few and the service has just gone down hill, the environment is great never too crowded and is beautiful inside. The service on the other hand is not up to par. The main lady is wonderful with the full sets and manicures but the male there is not the best. He always seems to rush my nails and gets upset when you try to fix something. Ive left the last 2 appointments with nails I'm disappointed with and I'm too nervous to ask him to fix anything further.I've also noticed the pedicure service is nowhere near what you pay for the massage is playing with the lotion on your legs and not even for maybe two minutes as well as the nail polish being blotchy. First time for everything. I recently had my first quick appointment here. I was in a hurry and needed a polish change on my toes. I was able to get in right away with no wait. I brought my own polish which was painted perfectly on my toes. The shop is decorated very nice. Looks very classy. Many open spots that would make the perfect girls night out. Everyone was friendly excluding the two young boys who rang me up. The teenagers seemed to not really want to be working and did not provide the best service by saying "Hello" or even "Thank you!" They took my money without even looking me in the face and walked away with the tip. I would try them again for other services. read more

Omgosh this place is horrible! I truly don't like to give bad reviews but this had to be posted! The ambience itself is really nice and the lady doing my pedi was nice, BUT she assured me that she could do a white tip nail. The tips are very thick on my little toes & not even and when I told her she said "it's not my fault, that how your nails go." I've never had this issue so not sure why she was saying it was my fault. Then the male business owner is yelling at a customer bc she told him that she didn't appreciate him telling the whole shop about her skirt & her not being able to be seen right away bc she has a skirt on and she needs to wait....he shouted at her and told her that if she doesn't like it, she could leave! They did a nice job on my nails, but you are required to wear a mask. They should tell people this when they call and schedule. So I was there and did it anyway. For the entire pandemic I did not wear a mask-- if I would have drove instead of been dropped off I would not of done my nails. Dip on my natural nails is what I did. TWO HOURS. Because I wanted my cuticles cleaned up (I asked at the beginning of my service) after my nails were done they soaked them the entire time they did a gel manicure after my dip was completed.... My friend and I scheduled an appointment for acrylics. When we arrived the place was nice, and everyone was wearing a mask which was great. We weren't greeted very nicely though. There was only one person who could assist us and they were doing someone else's nails. We had a lot of questions. We tried getting help from other people but they seemed annoyed with us. We sat down eventually chose our colors but they weren't able to do the designs we wanted. When we asked her if someone else could do a similar design they said no. We had to settle for something different but we did both liked the nails. We went to pay and the guy asked the girl how much we were suppose to pay. I have been getting my pedicures here simply out of convenience. They have never been friendly and their wait times are inaccurate. I put closed toed shoes on for a work event several hours after pedicure and polish did not withstand. When I called to ask for a re-polish the next day I was told "thats why you get the gels". So it was my fault and an up sell at the same time. I was then also told "you don't put shoes on! This is Arizona you wear sandals". They did a wonderful job. Got one level above the regular pedicure (the one with callous remover and sugar scrub) they really give you the full experience of a relaxing pedi. (Got regular polish) whereas some places do your nails in the chair, which works when you're in a hurry but I was there to relax. Then took me over for a full set with gel nails. It just feels super disrespectful and makes me not want to give them my time or my money. I left after waiting 45 minutes for an appointment I made the day before with the main lady. I made an appointment because I knew Sunday was my last chance to get my nails done before I left for a trip. I chose to try this nail salon as it is near my house and seemed to have good polish brands. It is a huge salon. I think there are at least 20 pedi chairs and 20 nail stations. I also was excited to try this new place because my previous nail artist left the salon and the polish they were using was old and didn't last very long. I scheduled a gel polish mani and pedicure. I showed up at 11 and there were already 8 people with nail technicians. They must have gotten there early and were waiting for the door to open. When I entered, the main gal had a walk-in grandmother with her granddaughter talking to her. She asked them to come back in 30 minutes. After that, she asked me to sit and wait. I waited 10 minutes more then someone took me over to a pedicure chair and started the water. One lady who I thought might be done first with another client told me it would be a few more minutes and restarted the water. 40 minutes after my appointment was supposed to begin, the grandmother was getting seated with the lady I thought would be assigned to me. Remember, she was a walk-in. I had an appointment. Nobody came over to me. So I pulled my feet out of the tub, dried off, waved goodbye to someone and headed home. I was very disappointed and will never go back to this salon. Get your act together and treat your appointments, especially new customers, with respect. read more

The interior is bright and clean and the staff are friendly. One of the women got me set up quickly for a pedicure after I picked out my polish and shortly thereafter, another came over to take care of my SNS manicure. I decided to spoil myself a bit and splurged for the Charcoal Detox Pedicure which included all sorts of extras like paraffin, hot stones, etc. By the time I left, my feet and hands looked gorgeous and I was relaxed. Literally been the worst experience. I walked in they told me it would take 30 min but I ended up waiting an hour. Then she starts my nails but bounces from me to another person! My manicure was 15 of her working on then and 45 min of bouncing to other ppl and back. I then show her a pic and she says "ok" as in she could do it and mind you I wanted basic French too but superrrr thin tip. And she ends up making it super thick and throughout I tell her plz thin it out but nope she couldn't because she had already did my other hand that she placed in the drying thing.
