Glenna is so talented, gets you in quick and painless and leaves you looking bare.. as it should be. Glenna also genuinely wants to get to know her clients, so you aren't just another apt which I appreciate. Glenna is the best!! Nyla is also the sweetest at the front desk and always makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. I used to be a loyalist to a chain waxing studio before going to Bare, but I've been going here for almost 2 years and couldn't imagine anywhere else. Bare Arizona has awesome waxers that are amazingly gifted at minimizing post-wax ingrown hairs and/or irritation. As someone who has been getting waxed consistently for well over a decade, I can attest that it's nearly impossible to avoid ingrown hairs even with regular exfoliation, but amazingly, the lovely Bare AZ team manages to do exactly that. Was visiting the area, desperately needed a wax and stumbled upon their yelp page. Amazingly they had availability day-of. I have been to MANY different waxing businesses over the years (small, big, corporate, hard wax, sugaring, etc) and I think my bikini wax with Skye was the best I've ever had. Found this place Via Yelp & their great reviews! I made an appointment with Ashley for a brow wax & tint. The little place is adorable. It's cozy & cute. She was extremely friendly & made me feel very comfortable. I was there for 45 minutes while she waxed, cooled, tweezed and tinted my brows. They were given a 5 star service which i didn't know was possible for eye brows. I really appreciated the tentativeness and care taken. HIGHLY recommend this place. Went to Glenna for a first time Brazilian wax today and I literally could not imagine a better experience, she is absolutely perfect. I was very nervous when I arrived but what everyone else has said is true, her warm personality immediately disarmed me and made me feel at ease. She had me laughing the whole way even though it was admittedly painful and uncomfortable, and the way she is able to make conversation to lighten the mood is truly incredible. She spent time explaining the aftercare process and recommended products to me without feeling like she was pushing an up sell on me like I often feel at other salons.
