Because when you feel like "My skin needs this" and then you have a long wait or no openings makes you put off treating your skin right. (or maybe its just me). Okay back to the scheduling of this appointment with Aesthetic Theory Detroit (ATD). I click on the tab to request appointment on yelp and I love that right away i was taken to a quick few questions what my concerns were along with a few other questions. Because when deciding on a facial it can be a bit overwhelming if you don't know what would work. I was happy that it didn't take long before i got a reply back with suggestion what facial would work based on my concerns. I got schedule for a few days later and I was on my way to having a Dermal infusion. Day of my appointment everything was smooth from the minute I walked in, I answered a few questions and then I was taken to a room where my facial started right away. It didn't take long maybe 45min total if you count the time it took me to fill out the information on the ipad, now let me tell you BEAUTY IS PAIN and this might not be for everyone but the end results is so worth. And of course consistency with your skin care regimen is a must, I saw the difference in my skin with just 1 appointment. It also helps that they take before and after pictures so you can see the progress but honestly I saw it after 1 visit. I did schedule for another one in about a month because its a PRICEY but 1's a month you can make it work because your skin will thank you. I loved how i didnt feel pressure to buy anything or like I was being given a sales pitch during my facial. 2 days after the facial I did get a few little breakout but I was told that would happen because of the treatment from the Dermal inusion. But Heather did a fabulous job and i'm looking forward to getting my skin right and the next appointment I have. This location in Grosse Pointe opened recently and I decided to give European Wax Center another try. I was very satisfied with the esthetician who did a great job listening to what I wanted and shaping my eyebrows beautifully. I will be returning to use the remaining ten visits on my wax pass. I'm glad I bought the wax pass several years ago before prices increased. I was told that the shop is working on being able to validate parking for the structure next door. In the meantime, you can get parking validated if you shop at Trader Joe's.

I didn't know it would be so hard to find a place that offered this specific service only, but it was very difficult. After contacting about 10 spas, I found Spa in the Woods on Yelp, and read some reviews that I was satisfied with. So I decided to book the service, along with a full body massage service for my friend. And I'm so glad that I did decide to go with this spa! My initial observation of the spa was that is very clean, and the front desk staff was nice and professional. The appointments started right on time, and my appointment was with a young lady named Samantha. Samantha was super friendly and just had an overall sweet demeanor. She did a great job with my foot massage, and usually when I receive a spa service, I don't talk, but we both talked and we're engaged in conversation the entire 30 minutes of the massage. I couldn't believe how fast the time flew! I enjoyed the massage, and my only regret was that I didn't book an hour massage, opposed to the 30 minutes. I plan to return for about foot massage soon! My friend also stated that she was very impressed with her full body massage service.
