It was not gentle, a little rushed even, and the sugar felt cold on my skin. There was a whole lot of powder and she said the sugar was sticking to me and tried with another sugar. After the appointment, there was a lot of hair left that I had to pluck at home. My previous experience with sugaring has been great and I was expecting a different outcome, which is why I was disappointed with the results. The price was ok but with how much hair I had left over, I would have been better off doing a wax strip at home instead of paying for sugaring. I felt like the supplies did not look as sanitary as I expected either. The room was a little dusty, the sheet did not smell fresh, and the towels were a dingy white. If you need a quick fix, this is the place to go. If you're looking for a quality service that lasts longer, this probably won't be what you're looking for. I'm disappointed because the previous reviews are what brought me here.

Which wasn't a big deal. I cleaned that off in the shower. Wax was too hot though. The whole time, I kept saying 'it's too hot." But the waxer only turned down the heat once. Even though I kept saying it's too hot. But the wax came out fine overall. So, it's fine. The location is clean. Front desk staff are really nice.
