I don't know the new name of this place, but we will not be back. We had been coming here for years. The old owners had a loyalty card that offered a free pedicure after so many visits. Today, we went in to find not only higher prices but also the response that they would not honor the previous owners' loyalty card. First and last time going to this place. The lady about to do my nails literally went from doing another clients feet and rolled over to me next with the same tools just used for another person and almost started doing my nails with the same tools she used on her, how disgusting! I was about to get up and walk out but they were already doing my friend's nails, I called her out and she went to get a new pack of tools and didn't even wipe down her station which was full of crumbs from who knows what. It ruined my entire experience and I regret going there. Is it too much to ask to be hygienic and have some Pride in your job? Everybody's wearing a mask but let's just spread blood-borne pathogens and not wash our hands, I don't think this pandemic really taught anybody anything about cleanliness. read more

I have been coming here for manicures and pedicures for over three years. Not only is the staff friendly and talented, but Chi and Julie can create the most exquisite nail designs. I have brought pictures of cartoon characters, animals, flowers- whatever I am doing in life, Chi can create a beautiful design to match, as can Julie. When I went on a cruise I had anchors and ship steering wheels in colors that match the cruise line on my nails. When I am working with kids, I have adorable minions, each with a different expression. I have had these designs in gel and my friend has gotten them on acrylic. The shop is always clean and everything is kept quite sanitary. Best of all, as of August, 2017, all the chairs are brand new. I am currently getting a massage from my chair and it truly feels like a person massaging me. I have been to many. Yaaayyyyy! I finally found my nail place after months of searching for a place in and around the Corona/Norco area! This new nail salon opened up in June 2011 is nestled between a Subway and a Coin Laundry mat in the Stater Bros. shopping center! I know doesn't sound much of a shopping center but oh.. does the term "looks are deceiving" mean anything? From the outside it doesn't look much but once you walk in to a nicely modern decorated and clean nail salon and you are warmly greeted at the front and you will wonder why I didn't walk in this place before??? They have these massage chairs that are unbelievable! They are all new and they have a control that massages the butt! Yup, you heard me the Butt!!! Oh how did we forget to pamper our buttocks while we are pampering our hands and feet! Shame on us for ignoring the Gluteus Maximus!!! What can I tell ya I was in heaven! Oh but there is more. I just get your standard manicure and pedicure and I had my toes and fingers done by the owner. She really took the time out to really work on my toes. She meticulously worked on my feet and she was very thorough. Not like some of the other places that want you in and out so fast you didn't even get to enjoy the chair massage! And her sister from Arizona was in town and she is a licensed massage therapist who will be helping with the store a coupe days out of the week did my foot massage and boy was I falling asleep! Between the nice massage chair and her magic hands on my feet, I wasn't ever going to get up! She did an outstanding job massaging my feet I didn't want it to end. And I swore she massaged my feet for a fairly long time without charging me for an extra 10 minute massage! They also have a selection of OPI nail colors and a nice selection of gossip mags too choose from.. But wait there's more.... ( like those info commercials you see on T.V.) The whole thing cost me $25.00!!! Yup you heard me.. twenty-five buckaroonies??? Where can you find that level of service for twenty-five dollars.. That is unheard of. They also do massages and other spa services only for women in the back and if it's the sister that is doing the massages, I am definitely going to schedule an appointment! I told my friend who lives close by about it and she said "Shh..don't tell anyone about it so it won't be crowded.." But this secret is too good to keep quiet!!! read more

They refused me service. Her: "Sorry we busy. No" Me "I can wait. It's okay" Her: "No no." I have never, in my life, been turned away from a nail salon simply because they were busy. Even the busiest nail salons will give you an estimate of about how long it'll be, and the option to stay and wait. This place refused me service. Mind you, I drove an hour and a half to get to the salon, right after work because I'm in a tight time bind. There was no list to sign in, and there was nobody else waiting. All the nail artist were busy, but if I'm telling you I'm willing to wait, why not let me wait so I can get my nails done? Complete disregard for appropriate customer service and satisfaction. I came here once without an appointment and was given service without problem. I was excited to come back today, and to even get gift cards for the holidays for my sister, mother, sister in law, niece, and Friends. Not after today though! I am completely disappointed and offended. Maybe because I was the only Latina in this location at the time? Just stating facts. I guess the sign on the wall saying they reserve the right to refuse service to anyone is taken very literally here. read more

I absolutely love this nail salon! I've been coming for years now (ever since I was a freshman so 5 years now) and have gotten many people to come to this salon as well. I normally see Julie for my fills on my acrylics and her sister Kelly for my pedicures and they do such an amazing job love them both. I was not happy!!!! My lady was extremely rude and rushed through my full set. I got pink with white tips and she got the pink all over the white tips! I payed for a gel top coat and she just did one layer super quickly and missed half of my nail (everytime I get a gel top coat on my nails anywhere else they put on multiple coats) She obviously didn't want to be there and also kept going on her phone while doing my nails! I got my nails done on tuesday, 10/15 and was happy enough with my nails, my only problem initially was that they had me pay $28 for a full acrylic set with no gel when the price listed is $25, and my friend paid the exact same price as me despite them doing an acrylic nail removal on her as well. On friday, 10/18 my ring finger nail on my left hand broke while I was doing makeup. Annoying, but I came to the decision that i would just get the one finger fixed before my concert this weekend. as of today, 10/21, another nail broke and I am now irritated and don't trust coming back to get my nails fixed. I noticed my nails were done a lot thinner than I'm used to, which is probably why they're broken. The ladies here are nice enough, I am just irritated at the overpricing and the broken nails. If i pay $28 + tip I would hope my nails wouldn't be broken in less than a week. I'm not saying don't come here, I'm just saying to know what you're getting. read more

To be honest I've never had bad service here regardless of who's done my hands or feet. Every one is very friendly, and they take their time to ensure everything is done well... they don't make you feel rushed, like other salons that are in a hurry to get people in and out. She will talk on the phone while doing your nails and will use USED tools. I've had to ask her to use a new file (the one she had was caked with crap) she was completely rude about it. Went here for the first time the other day for a pedicure. Pros: Didn't try to upsell anything, Didn't try to talk too much with me, Gorgeous decorations, Clean and nice inside Cons: After only 3 days, the polish on one of my toes is worn, not chipped, but rubbed away, Prices weren't fantastic. They had the basic $17 pedicure, then the next one up was $27; I prefer places that have a level in between. Based off that and the fact that the polish is already wearing off after only 3 days, probably won't return. read more

The place is really nice inside. Has a great location. Other than that do not go here to get your nails done!!! I was in about a week ago & the lady doing my nails was SO RUDE! Not only did she rush doing my nails but she was talking crap about how I wanted my nails done!!!!! Of course they were speaking in whatever language they were speaking but some of the words they were saying were in English. She was speaking to another girl about how I wanted my nails long. I've tried this place for third time because it's close to where I work. But most recently I had to go due to a broken nail emergency. The welcome is always lukewarm and dry. It was not as bad at first . But this recent visit, the nail tech named Lana is utterly rude, cold, condescending, and her work was sloppy. Her station is first one close to the reception partition area by where the nail polishes are displayed. She shows no interest in what you are saying and made me feel that I'm talking to a wall the whole time. She has this rude attitude that gives the impression " to not bother her" when talked to . Not even an eye contact or response . The service was rushed and It made me feel even more annoyed when she gave an attitude that she can't talk or react to what I was saying because she has to finish the service right away and go home as they were closing early. It was deliberate reaction as she would start laughing among her workers after and speaking in their language which sounded Vietnamese or Thai. With this line of work, she needs to take up class on good customer service. Or not be around people. It really affects the image and business potential of the salon .But in fairness , the other ladies working at this place may have a betters attitude. For sure, this is the last time I will go to this nail salon and will not recommend it to anyone. read more
