I am so sad to leave this review because I do love this place due to the cleanliness and ambiance. But my manicure today was horrible. I made an appointment with James last minute for a gel manicure. After a rough day I wanted to treat myself and honestly it just put me in a worse mood. He left my nails jagged and the color uneven. My nails look messy. I'm so disappointed. He didn't ask what shape I wanted just filed away. I had to file my nails when I got home. Always make an appointment and make sure it's not with him. read more

Loved this place! I went to this nail salon for the first time today and I agree with the positive reviews by other customers. The salon is beautifully decorated and clean. They were very professional and friendly. They were running on time and I could see that they do not overbook appointments to try to squeeze people in. This ensures clients get their full attention. My nail technician for years had left town and I was struggling to find a new place to go. I was checking into a few salons in the area and stumbled upon here. Vicky, the owner, did my nails my first time, and I loved them. What I loved even more is the speed of the salon. When you have an appointment at 4 PM, they take you right away, and I am always out on time. My last appointment, gel mani and pedi, was done in around an hour and fifteen minutes, but still up to my standards. A great place to check out if you're in the area - fair pricing, prompt service/speed, and great nails/toes. read more

This was my third time here and it is such a shame because I really liked it here. The place is clean. The other receptionist (not the one there today) is very pleasant and sweet. The space is beautiful. I have had the same person do my nails. The first time it was just a pedicure and it was great. The second time it was a pedicure and a manicure with gel. I don't love the gel because of how my nails respond so the third time, I just needed the gel removed and a regular manicure. My manicurist asked if I was taking a break. At first, I said yes, which is not true, so I added, I prefer a bare buffed nail. After that, he was so rough with my nails. He then proceeded to talk on the phone while doing my nails roughly and almost with anger. I was a little late for my appointment so I was thinking maybe he was upset. I apologized and if it was a big deal he could have asked me to come back. My finger nails hurt. He didn't even say thank you when I gave him his tip. This is unfortunate because I really just want to find a place I can go to regularly to maintain healthy nails. read more

Thank god for Vickie, she started doing a hardening gel on my nails and now my nails are naturally thick, healthy, and long! All of the staff here is so sweet and kind! I went for my first visit on Friday May 25th for a Deluxe Pedicure and Manicure as I had my dad's wedding the next day, as I was standing up for him. My good friend, who is a regular customer, had recommend this salon to me. I arrived a few minutes early and was asked to pick out a nail polish and then the receptionist pointed to my pedicure chair. I than sat for 40 minutes. No one apologized, or asked if there was anything I needed while I waited and my water for my feet got cold. The woman who apparently was to work on me kept asking others if they could do my pedicure as she was with another client. Finally another woman helped me though didn't know I was getting the deluxe service. And even when I mentioned it, I know for sure I didn't get the complete treatment as I did not get a foot mask. Otherwise she did do a nice pedicure and spa manicure. But even in the end when I mentioned this to the receptionist about the issue, she didn't have response as she was not aware of what was involved in any of the services. Nor did she ask how my experience was or if I would like to schedule a future appt, I was just handed my bill. I do not fault the manicurist...I fault the owner. They should hire individuals who know how to properly schedule and know what is involved in each of the services they provide. I will not be returning. read more
