Manicurists seem to only do 2 layers of gel in NYC, but here I got the full 3 so weeks later they're still lasting, albeit grown out. An older gentleman did my nails (sadly I forgot to ask his name) - he was quiet but friendly. The one thing I think could be improved would be to ask the customer a few questions - but overall I had no issues with how my nails were done. The whole business environment seemed friendly, quiet, professional, and a sense that they wanted the customer to be satisfied. They didn't do some things I have normally experienced during a gel nail treatment elsewhere but I feel reassured at the moment that it will last and not have any problems.
