That's the good part. But my $35 pedicure didn't include a massage, just a scrub and lotion. I explained to the tech that I like my nails round (so the sharp edges don't poke the other toes), but she did about 1/2 square and 1/2 round so now I'm filing them myself. She also stated digging at my nail before I realized what she was doing. I hope I don't get an infection. Several times I was prodded to add a mani or upgrade the service. I declined each time. I'm sure they make more $ for add on services and I don't mind being asked once. But that's it.

I was seated quickly, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout the visit. I treated myself to a gel pedicure and a builder gel manicure. The salon hd a relaxing atmosphere, and I appreciated that I never felt rushed. Unfortunately, the quality of my manicure didn't quite meet my experience. My guilder gel wasn't as smooth was I had hoped and had a few noticeable bumps, and the gel polish started chipping after three days, which was disappointing considering the service. I spent $150 for both services. I'm willing to give them another chance because everyone was so kind and welcoming, and I'm hopeful my next visit will have a better outcome.
