How this place has four and a half stars is beyond me. I called and asked if they had availability at 5:30pm. They said yes they did, however I ended up waiting nearly a half an hour to be serviced. About 15 minutes of waiting a nail tray was pulled up as if it was about to be my turn, only to find out it was not. In fact, I was only attended to once I stepped outside to call another salon because I was just about done waiting. Once I was starting to get my acrylic set, it felt extremely rushed. One person started the set and another finished. I asked for rounded square and ended up with what looks like duck nails with how they filled the acrylic. The lady who worked on me clearly was rushing though. I'd get them redone if I had time but I have an event this weekend I am traveling for. Just going to deal with them for a few weeks. Despite their sign on the wall stating appointments get priority, clearly that is not the case. Disappointed. In response to the salon response: Regardless if they were busy, I called an hour prior asking if they had availability at 5:30. Instead of telling me their salon was busy, the staff said "sure come in at 5:30" with no indication I'd have to wait around. I should have gone with my gut and went to another salon rather than trust Yelp reviews. My appointment was no honored on time, not even within a reasonable time. I will not be able to get them redone by your salon as I am from out of town and needed my nails done before an event the following day. So I cannot attest if this salon does better than this, as this is my first and only experience from here. read more

I really like this place and had my nails done by Hannah twice already who I really liked. I made an appointment today and had a man who couldn't understand me and my polish is already off one of my toes. He said I couldn't get crystals on my big toe because I didn't get gel. Umm what? Everywhere else Ive gone has done it no problem. I'll change my review after I see Hannah again and hopefully I can get the crystals without gel!!! read more

I was my first time here and I was very impressed. Kim and Tracey are both very talented with nail art and they both took their time and did everything exactly how I wanted. Kim did my fill and most of my nail art and Tracey did my index bat nail and my pedicure. Tracey took her time and gave me an excellent pedicure. I originally started at their other location but when my nail lady came this one i followed.they have help me to go from acrylic to my natural nails just with dip power. I have never been able to grow my natural nail with out them breaking and now I have medium size almond shape nails. They are all super nice. They pedicures are amazing.
