He had so, so, so many matted clumps of fur all over him and we were not sure how it would go, BUT it was amazing! Livia was SOOOO gentle, caring and spoke softly the entire time to this sweet ol man. After he was bathed, he lay on the grooming table purring like crazy, which made us all so happy, because he is no longer in pain do to all the matted fur. I highly recommend this young lady, she was so helpful, got us in the same day and helped us get the care this elderly kitty badly needed! And was very reasonable priced! She has a calm confident and caring approach that the dogs really respond to in a positive way. I have taken my dog to other groomers that end up telling me that they were unable to trim his nails because "he wouldn't let" them. Shirley had no trouble at all. My dog's nails look great, they are smooth with no jagged edges and he seems more comfortable now. After his grooming, his coat is shiny and silky smooth and he is no longer shedding massive amounts of fur when we pet him. He has never looked and felt this good after being at other groomers. False information on website and inaccurate cancellation of seed order. I shopped for fall food…read moreplot seed on several sites and decided to place an order for 4 bags of Oats Plus from Standish Milling, their website clearly stated that there was free shipping for that seed, after I made the online purchase and my CC was charged the correct amount, I received an email stating that I had cancelled the order and the had refunded the funds to my CC. When I questioned why the order was cancelled, the replied there is no way they could provide free shipping, it would cost too much, even though their website clearly stated free shipping and they processed the order that way. Beware ordering from them.
