The owner's mother proceeded to yell at him so much before I even left that he pooped on the floor in the kennel at which point she started yelling at me that I should have had him go outside before I brought him in. Unfortunately we were on our way to catch a train to leave, otherwise I would have left with him then. When I picked him up, he had no food left but had clearly lost weight. I knew before that they gave extra food to their chickens but I would have expected that they let him at least have his food and if not already down, give me the extra. I was also told that he barked constantly. Buddy was not a barker, he did tend to whine a lot but that is different than barking. When we got him home, he was so petrified for a couple of weeks so I don't know what they had done to scare him. It's important to note that the positive reviews were mostly before the current owners bought it.

Nail trims are walk-in, but as it's stated on their social media, a grooming appointment is required. I called and made an appointment and took my two dogs in two days later. They both got a bath, trim and nail trim. This was our puppy's first grooming appointment and I was a little nervous, but the owner came out and told us he did a great job and he looked so darn cute with his bandana on afterwards. Our older dog, looked like a whole new dog. He needed a bath and a good coat brushing. He was really relaxed they said, and I was happy. Our friends take their dogs here so I'm happy we found a good, local groomer for a great price! They also accept cats also!

I have used this service multiple times and found them to be reliable. The prices are reasonable as well. Drop off and pick up were easy. Their schedule is fantastic especially on Sunday with extended hours to 7 pm.
