She asked if I had colored my hair recently told her maybe 4 months ago. She used very small curlers and now I have a poofy poodle perm. After I spoke with other stylists and they say you should never perm After color. My hair fried, like breaking apart at ends. She keeps saying just taking a little more off over and over. So poofy poodle short hair below ears. They offered to have me come back for a deep condition which was nice to offer, but no. My hair is dry and brittle. Too afraid to even blow dry. I couldn't talk much while I was there., just trying to hold back tears. I did tip well because they helped keep my kids entertained.

Donna was really friendly and made suggestions about how to take care of my hair that didn't push products.
