The National hotel, part of the Marriott Autograph Collection, is a beautifully restored landmark in the heart of Oklahoma City, blending timeless Art Deco elegance with modern luxury. Housed within the iconic 1931 First National Bank, it has one of the most beautiful interiors in the city. We visited as tourist/sightseers to admire the architecture and the lobby. The hotel features a collection of dining and bar options, including Tellers, an upscale restaurant serving in the historic bank tellers area; The Great Hall bar, serves as the center of attention in the lobby; Stock & Bond, a classic steakhouse; The Gilded Acorn, an elegant café and patisserie; and a unique cocktail bar located within the historic vault. During Sunday Brunch, there was a live Jazz quartet playing for the guest...just relaxing and beautiful.

Love love love. Such an iconic beautiful hotel. Just book it and spend some nights or one you won't regret. My husband and I stayed here a couple nights as we were visiting for our anniversary weekend and totally enjoyed it.

I arrived at this hotel on a Saturday morning. I had never been to this hotel before but I heard it was central and had great architecture so thats why I selected it. Its beautiful on the inside and great for architecture lovers. It has a lounges and plenty restaurants inside so theres really no need to leave. Its also walking distance from the stadium. I qualified for a free room upgrade so I was upgraded to a suite. I absolutely loved my room. It was a 1bedroom with 1.5 bathrooms. I would absolutely stay here again but there were cons. My room still had trash in the cans when I arrived, I had a robe but no slippers and the lights were overly complex so I couldn't figure them out. The cons were minor but worth mentioning. Overall, I loved this hotel and the staff was really nice.

Incredible, stunning, safe. I've stayed in quite a few Marriot BonVoy establishments and this is yet another example they KNOW the expectation of a quality hotel stay. The National has a rich history as an old bank building and peeks of that history were left inside the hotel. Architecture and ambiance are stunning, and the staff...wow. I've not met a more attentive, smart, and anticipatory staff than at this establishment. From security to check in, housekeeping, concierge, and even valet. You've got an incredible crew & they are the reason I plan to be back very, VERY soon. Thank you for a memorable 1st stay in downtown Oklahoma City for 4 days. I'm otnaure hoe anyone else could compare. I'm spoiled!

You're likely to say "Wow!" out loud as you glide up the escalator that takes you to the lobby - this hotel is stunning. It's renovated space in the old First National Bank building (hotel on the bottom floors, residences on the top). We stayed just a couple weeks after it opened, and were impressed by just about everything the hotel has to offer. Check in was quick and efficient, and staff were friendly. Even the hallways are impressive! The bed was super comfy, the bathroom products are nice quality, and the rooms have ample space to sit down and get some work done. I uploaded plenty of pics, so you can see for yourself. They may need to get the bar a little more help, as our experience there wasn't great - and it looks like it's shaping up to be a "go-to" place in town! The drinks were good, but staff definitely couldn't keep up with the demand, even on a Wednesday night. Minor issue that I'm sure they'll work out, and it's still worth it to stop by for a cocktail - the lobby is just gorgeous! Overall, superb hotel that I'd be happy to return to if I ever find myself back in OKC.

We booked a room for a new Years Eve! We had so much fun, ate at Tellers, need reservations. We are a 5 course dinner that was delicious. The bar was hopping and everyone was in great spirits. The room was something you see in the movies...it was gorgeous. Comfy beds the suite had a powder room and bathroom. A living room and a separate bedroom. It was amazing along with the wonderful robes. I would definitely recommend and we will Be back.

    Our "Titanium" view..

Arrived yesterday to a hotel 1/3 full only to be told "Sorry, our Ambassador has given out all the upgrades for today." Zero room upgrade for Titanium million plus point 25+ year Marriott members. Not even to a decent floor. Our two freezing rooms look out to cement. I checked & they had TONS of rooms so they easily could have at least given us a room a few floors up on one of the 4 sides seeing the city so our daughter could at least have some sense of the feeling of this city. We got shoved in the cheapest "convention room cr*p" they could throw at us. "Ambassador".,? I think not. Customer loser is a more appropriate title. I asked the waitress in the bar if by chance they had any non-alcoholic beer - something that is becoming a mainstream offering. Her one word snotty reply - "Nope". Stay away from this hotel - they clearly could care less about their " valued 25 year loyal customers".

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, beautifully restored from 1931. Malia 'I hope I spelled her name right' was really sweet gave me a quick tour and well informed of the history. The three restaurants areas are absolutely fabulous must try and experience one of them. I personally liked the bank fault for historical reasons, plus fun for all. But they all look delicious. I never had the opportunity to stay but I did dine here

    Afternoon Tea Service Menu

The Christmas decor is beautiful. The service is poor. Received multiple apologies within the first 10 minutes claiming they were understaffed, under trained, and lack good management. Reservations for tea service did not necessarily mean that they planned accordingly (staff and kitchen), so plan on a long wait to be seated and a long wait to actually enjoy. Had hoped it would be more like the Plaza in NYC but far from comparable.

I visited this past weekend was happy with every aspect of my visit. Upon entering, I was greeted by a friendly front desk manager who found me an available room several hours before my scheduled check in time. The room, was spacious, clean and comfortable. Perhaps most importantly, the temperature was really well controlled -- a must given that it was only about 15 degrees outside! I've provided several photos, but they do not do justice to the inviting feel of the room! I used the gym on both mornings of my stay and I want to hi-light the gym as a great feature of the hotel. Cardio, free weights and a weight machine are all available. I was in the gym for approximately 50 minutes each morning and I had the gym to myself. One word: WOW! No wait, two words: OH WOW!…read more I was recently in OKC to help out at the Yelpies, and the next day my colleague and I decided to have a celebratory brunch before I boarded my flight home to the PNW. Knowing my love for eclectic places with a local vibe, she picked Bradford House. All I can say is...why isn't this place closer to home?! Bradford House is a hotel/restaurant/bar located in an old house which doesn't look super exciting on the outside, but once inside the door I you're greeted by bright, vivid colors, whimsical decor, and all the little touches that make a place special. We meandered through the adorable bar and to the self-service counter to order our food. The server/cashier was absolutely adorable. I wish I remembered her name! She was so helpful and friendly, throughout our entire visit. I ordered the eggs benedict because, well, who can resist an eggs benny on a cold Thursday morning? I also got a glass of their fresh-squeezed OJ, and we shared a French press. The coffee was divine, and I was only a few sips in when my benny arrived. It was SO delish. It had the classic benny components but also a nice shmear of their house-made, semi-spicy bacon jam to put it over the top. This was six days ago and I am still craving a repeat! My work friend enjoyed her breakfast as well, and after we were done we even managed to plug into their wi-fi and get a few minutes of post-event tasks done before I headed to the airport. When in OKC, if you're looking for an amazing brunch, go here no matter what!

Let's start with the good. The breakfast platter definitely hit the spot. The eggs were softly scrambled, the bacon was perfectly crispy, and the potatoes were well seasoned and tender. The jam was house made and it was delicious. Now, the salmon... unfortunately, that was a letdown. I could tell it was overcooked before the first bite. If only I had some grits. They do offer fresh pastries to order, and if I'm in the area again, I'd give them a try. #GratuityAdded

Not sure if it was due to the timing, the busy lobby, or the fact that the front desk had only 1 person working, with a long line. Once at the desk, the check-in process was smooth and quick. You need a key to access the elevator to your floor. The elevators took a long time, but it could be due to timing and the area being busy. The room is a good size, with a mini refrigerator and basic bathroom amenities, but no shower caps. You can hear clearly anyone outside in the halls walking by or talking. There was constant water flushing, with the water turning on and being used even when no one was using it in my room. And that was the constant sound throughout the entire stay, not sure if it was coming from upstairs or the rooms next to us, but it was a bit annoying. The bed wasn't comfortable, but the pillows were nice, and the sheets were so rough. There was a table with a seating area for work or eating, and a single lounge chair. If you order in-room dining, it takes 35-45 minutes, even if you need utensils. That's the time frame given, 35-45, no matter what. Over the 5 days and 4 nights, the room was cleaned only 1 time. No one knocked, no one came by, and no one even brought towels. And when you called, it took longer to receive than it did with in-room dining. I know most hotels have notes about helping preserve, etc., but for what they charge a night, they should check even if you decline service. Interaction with the staff delivering food is always pleasant. Called for the tray pickup, and it stayed in the room for hours, so I ended up just putting it outside the door and that was for each time I had in room dining I'm not sure if the experience would have been better at another time, but this one wasn't great, especially for what they charge nightly
