I also learned that my thyroid was under active, which explains my unusual weight gain. The salt therapy room was a cool experience and I loved that they had Bluetooth speakers inside the cubicle. I tried their whole body vibration machine today which was a wierd but cool experience. Jill and biofeedback has exceeding my expectations and I am a full on believer. Jill is a nurse practitioner and knows her stuff very well. I didn't like the idea of being on "medicine" for my whole life and so I was drawn to the more holistic approach. I'm so glad I found biofeedback and especially with Jill. She is compassionate, extremely knowledgeably and cares for her clients to the fullest. I wish all my doctors were like her. She makes you feel heard and she's interested in finding the root cause to bring you long term permanent healing. I immediately felt difference after my first session!
