Her holistic approach is just what I've been looking for. Dr Snead is very patient & kind. He did the internal ultrasound that discovered my fibroids. I absolutely LOVE that he offers to pray for you after every appt. He recently did my hysterectomy (11/2024) he prayed for us before surgery which really helped put my nerves at ease. I'm healing so well and I barely have scars. I've heard a few say Ms Angela rushes around. If so she does her job well and really listens. It's up to the patient to advocate any needs. There's only 2 of them and they care for so many, I always make sure to bring a list of concerns or questions and I always walk away feeling heard.

I've had some mental health issues for as long as I can remember, and during my last pregnancy I struggled with it a lot. Working with Dr. Thompson was completely different. She took my mental health into serious consideration and made sure I knew how important it was for me to take care of that as well as my physical health. She is also the reason why I started seeing a therapist; as she heavily recommended it at the beginning of the pregnancy and that on top of my medicine management made the whole experience so much healthier mentally than my first pregnancy. I absolutely love Dr. Thompson and I'm excited to have her as my OB/GYN for years to come! Also, her nurse was incredible as well! Deliana (not sure how to spell her name, hopefully I got that right! I was told I didn't need treatment if I "felt fine," yet no one had informed me what symptoms to look for. When I asked questions, I felt talked down to instead of helped. Overall, I felt dismissed, uninformed, and unheard. I would not return to Dr. Abaigeal Thompson or recommend her to anyone looking for a provider unless you want someone who shoves birth control down your throat. Never ended up taking the many prescriptions- thank goodness!

She is easy going, caring and very encouraging. I never feel rushed when meeting with her which I can appreciate. Dr. Northrop not only exceeded my expectations during pregnancy but also was great at lifting me up during some of the hard times. There are 2 other doctors at WCA, Dr. Pearce and Dr. Bhakta. Both of them are great so if your original doctor is unavailable no worries. Dr. Bhakta recently joined WCA and was the one who actually delivered my little one. I met her a couple weeks before and honestly it felt like she was my doctor the entire 9 months. Thanks to her for an incredible birth experience! Overall I would recommend WCA to anyone. This office is the exception to the status quo and I'm thankful for them being apart of my journey.

There is!!! Heather Caudell is an AMAZING midwife who cares, explains things (like NO other health care provider I have come into contact with), and is an expert in midwifery! We had our 3rd naturally with Heather's help (could NOT have done it without her!). She did some midwifery tricks and coaching, without which, I don't know if I could've done it naturally. We recently had our 4th with Heather but due to concerns for our baby in utero and mommy, it was recommended we induce at 37 weeks. During birth, the baby wasn't tolerating the contractions, so we subsequently had to have a c-section with our 4th. Although not natural, we TRUST Heather's advice, expertise and intuition and we have a healthy baby. As crazy as it sounds, after the natural births, the c-section was still an amazing birth experience BECAUSE I trusted Heather's care and advice and it all proved to be trustworthy! I also didn't understand what a BIG part she would play in the operating room - she's professional, calming and does a lot of work in the OR. She has the mother's desires and baby's best interests in mind. She will walk you through every decision point with precision, tact, and information and allow you to decide the best course of action. My husband and I would recommend her to anyone.

Upon our first meeting she answered all of my questions in detail. One of my biggest concerns was the black maternal mortality rate. She wasn't helpful and offered to "allow me" to see their NP because new patient appointments require you to be at the appointment even earlier I every pointed out to them that I had arrived early as seen on their sign in sheet. I've also heard they may have given another patients paperwork to someone else! A GROSS violation of HIPPA law. I work at a doctor's office and this behavior and treatment is not only rude it's disgusting. I can't speak of Dr. Glass as I never got to meet her, however if she owns this practice she should learn to DO BETTER!
