After 24 hours I decided that did not sit well with me and I called to cancel. When I explained why I was canceling, the lady said "Oh she can explain that to you hold on", she covered the phone and explained to another person. The other person took the phone and said,"How can I help you?" I told her I wanted to cancel my appt on Monday at 10:30 and she said ok. I said ok, bye. I've never been to a holistic provider or had acupuncture. I was called to action by the offer of a free consultation to make sure I was comfortable with the practitioner and the setting. Her hypothyroidism improved so much that even her bloodwork didn't even show that she has it anymore.
