They quickly transitioned to an ineffective TENS unit that I mentioned simply does not and will not work for me, then sent me home in the exact same condition more or less(improved from the stretching and BS adjustment/inflamed and cramping from the TENS unit). Desperate and STILL in pain after they sent me home, I went to a competitor, who acted with a real sense of urgency to alleviate the pain and were happy to communicate with and treat me. Given the high ratings and how wicked, awesome Christy at the front desk was, I cannot help but feel extremely disappointed and would also still feel...well...much pain if there weren't many alternatives in this area. The other reviews simply baffle and upset me - why did they get such great service? Looking over my history I see Kristen cancelled or rescheduled 81% of my appointments. 2. Kristen's written tip expectations are over 100% of my bill. 3. When I tipped less than her demands, she canceled everything 42 minutes before my next appointment. 4. She said she would refund me the thousands I paid in advance, but after waiting literally about 2 months with nothing but lies and excuses I obviously had to sue to get my own money back. To anyone who fell for this "business" let me tell you: don't be afraid. Did she claim you don't have the right to sue her because of paperwork you signed or she will get a lawyer? Don't let her intimidate you into believing the law protects her business practices. She is just one incompetent person with a lawyer who got chewed out by the judge for dressing inappropriately at pre-trial.

My massage turned into a dragged out 4 hours of me mostly sitting in the room naked waiting for her to come back. At one point Iayed there waiting 40 minutes! However I had already paid so I stayed hoping she would return soon. Then I was forced to reschedule with her because again I had already paid $400 in December for these sessions in advance. Now in January she cancelled and in February she cancelled again and come March we had to reschedule because of something she had going on. Now fast forward to today April 10th and she texts me an hour before my appointment with another long winded excuse as to why she has to cancel and asks me to reschedule for days I already told her am unavailable. I asked her if at this point I could get a refund since it's taking so long to actually get what I paid for and she responds with a screenshot of her policy which states she doesn't give refunds to which would make sense if she wasn't scamming people by having them pay in advance offering a discounted package and then not following through with services. Two ladies were upfront, one therapist and a front desk worker. They had no therapist available at the time and this was approx. 2pm. I told them I would continue to look for a place who could get me in immediately as my back was killing me. The front desk worker said, well we have a 5:20 pm spot. She said well do you want to book it just in case. I said sure. She said "we ask for a credit card on file, just in case you are a no show, we charge you". I said that make sense. I left and the next place I stopped said they could get me in immediately. I wrote the Xpress location in Keller right away to cancel. I received a response that said the appointment had been cancelled. Two days later I see a charge for over 50 dollars. I called the credit card company that I used, who refunded the money immediately because I have the cancellation text. I then called the facility who said that this is common practice, and their policy is that if you cancel or NO SHOW, you will be charged. Can you imagine this with any other service? I would like dinner at a nice restaurant but then you cancelled it and get charged for what you would have eaten. Or how about a car. I was going to buy a car but changed my mind and they still charged you for the car you should have bought, so that the salesman makes money. This is insanity and I will never be back to this location every again! I would caution you as well. This policy was never conveyed to me and the girl I spoke with on the phone said "oh she probably forgot". Umm yea because why would I ever agree to pay for a probable service? Horrible business. Update: the manager of this business wrote me and said yes we have evidence that our staff didn't advise you of the policy and that he would try to help me get my refund "even though my cc has already refunded the money", but when he saw this review he sent me a text at 11pm at night. "I saw your rediculous review on Yelp. I had told our system not to fight it because it was an honest mistake. But your lies on Yelp are stupidity. You never once on the video said you were going to look for another location for a faster massage. I will upload the video and audio to Yelp to show this. I was ok with eating the 30 dollar chargeback but now I'm going to fight it" These people are not just crooked but obviously have mental issues.

But service here was OK for a while until they put pressure on me to up my membership. Constantly suggesting that I upgrade. And then finally forcing the issue when the only beds available were upgrade beds because the other beds were somehow down. So I canceled my membership, but I had to go back because they were still charging me for it. I never had a problem with anything being dirty, but I do have a problem with treating your customers dirty. And I think it's pretty dirty when you pull a bait and switch and run your business on a shoe string.
