I've been a customer of Studio Wish since before they moved up to their new location. Their service is impeccable. First, booking an appointment, or even walking in, is always very an easy and accommodating experience. When I first walk in the door and am greeted by front of house staff, I am always treated with kindness and respect. Everyone is always so welcoming and cheerful! The studio "vibe" is absolutely gorgeous and unique. I am always amused at the range of clientele I've seen. I've seen teenagers to octogenarians at the salon (and all treated with kindness and respect). And, I love the addition of the bar and custom mocktails (I'm sorry, I can't remember if alcohol is served or not!). It tips the salon from an awesome studio to a unique and amazing one. A bit of glitter on an already stellar atmosphere! I've only had my hair cut and styled as well as purchased a few products. I haven't tried any of the other amazing services they offer quite yet but I hope to change this soon. I have never, not a single time, been disappointed by the quality or look of my cut. I have walked in and said "do what you think will look best for me" and put my trust into the salon (and, well, the amazingly talented Mckenzie!) I have walked out feeling happier, healthier, and more confident. Further, I've never felt like there has been high pressure to buy or addon extras that'd break my budget. Yes, services and products are suggested, but it is never the high pressure sales that I sometimes see at other salons. Checking out and paying is a breeze. I have never felt there are any hidden fees. Prices are clearly labeled on their website. With all this being said, yes, Studio Wish is pricey. However, as the old addage goes, you will get what you pay for. I feel like I've invested in the health of my hair when I come to Wish and thus see it as a sort of doctor's appointment. You wouldn't want to see a cheap doctor would you? So why would you cheap out on your scalp and hair health? Book an appointment. Get pampered by the amazing staff.
