Thursday still no word until I called again and was told they were going to to try to get it looked at that day. Then when they finally did (Friday) they said it was the battery, charged me $70 to install!!!! They also never addressed or fixed the ticking noise (2nd time I've asked them to fix and still ticking away til this day). So almost 4 days of them keeping my car for a battery. Their service has definitely gone downhill. A few years ago I would've recommended them to everyone, but now I recommend you avoid.

Not only did they take good care of me, they also let me know what might need to be done soon and what could be put off a little while. In my case, I needed a timing belt done on my Honda Civic. In the 2005 model, it's a good idea to get the water pump done and save on labor costs later and they also replaced instead of just inspected some of the internals where most places try to cut end costs to the customer there. In the end, their price was more than fair as compared to several other local options. Needless to say, I'll use their services again.

They never act hurried or impatient, and when an issue arises on their end, they are apologetic and strive to make things right. He said it will be done Friday, Monday at the latest, On 3/5/2026 they move it from the front line of cars to the back of the building and it's been there with no work done at all. They refuse to work on my car, I have friends checking on my car for me and they see other cars come and go but mine ........ nothing. So I checked their reviews they have good reviews........ (mostly) but my personal experience it is the worst place.
