These people really do care, Anthony, Mrs Cyndi, Andy, Taylor, Crandall, everyone here showed me the love I had and listen Linda lol Mrs. Karen. Thank all of y'all fr God most of all because he speaks to me everyday! Oh biggest shout out to my brother James don't think I forgot you bro God used this man to speak to me the most besides Adam. They may treat clients like worthy people, but the same can't be said for their employees. They do not require state regulated breaks, therefore leaving any break needed to be criticized at their discretion. This company is age biased and only values employees of a certain generation. Their refusal to set specific policies causes chaos that is then turned on whoever they deem lazy and replaceable. Unsafe work conditions such as broken transport vehicles and faulty kitchen equipment. High turnover rate with prejudice against the younger employees. There is no reliable HR personnel for complaints or mediation. read more

I've been seeing Nicole for a little over a year now. I found her through Rula. She is amazing…read more I recently have had to see another provider to manage my ADHD medication due to state laws and travel limitations and it has been a nightmare. My provider is the complete opposite of Nicole. Nicole listens. Every time I've stated a concern whether it was side effects for a medication (which she ALWAYS told me about while discussing my options), amount of medications need to manage illnesses or wanting to try a different medication. She listens. I'm not a professional nor do I have license but she takes my opinions and concerns in consideration. I wanted to try a mediation that would manage two of my illnesses and she listen and said "Let's give it a try". She always makes sure to not over dose, start off low and titrate up. She triples checks interactions, common symptoms and makes sure to inform me on how to limit those symptoms (eating before, not taking medication past a certain time so I get sleep etc). I hoping to eventually have her manage all my medication but if you're looking for a good provider that listens and takes your opinions and concerns into consideration without talking down to or discrediting your concerns. She's your woman.

This is a doctor that truly cares about his patients and goes the extra mile to make sure they are…read morehealthy. I truly believe that by doing so he saved my life. A simple chest exray led me to a CT scan follow up on these showed stage 1,cancer in 2 different places. He referred me to different doctors. 3 in all. 3 surgeries later and I am cancer free. As I said Dr Clifford Mathews saved my life and his support and positive attitude helped me through the roughest time of my life. God bless this wonderful man. Best Dr I've ever had.

Very poor management. Twice we had an appointment and drove from Fairdale to Lexington only to find…read moreout that we did not have an appointment. On the first one the insurance declined the coverage. We received their notice while leaving their parking lot then today we called prior to leaving and were informed to be there for labs and to talk to the doctor. Another hour and a half drive and two and a half wait only to be told that we did not have an appointment I would not recommend this facility to anyone. Six hours of driving two wasted days for nothing. Thanks pain center for nothing.

I was told that my issue at the time of service was a great concern to her of every sign and symptom being seen in cancer. I suffered the pain of a biopsy procedure and waited 6 days and calling each day for results on a biopsy then was told it wasn't done. Now I'm still waiting on other test results which was sent to the office but the nurse practitioner chose to leave the office for an event w her daughter wo being curtious enough to just give me a simple call to let me know whether I have cancer or not and mind you both my parents died w cancer at an early age. My mother died younger than I am now. I am serious pain and feel that I have had a low grade temp for several days as well. I have an apt w another gyn. On June 13 at which time I will be getting medical records and ending my care w this facility.
