The entire experience was a disaster from booking until the day of my wedding. Just to start they told me over the phone that I would be charged a $125.00 service contract fee which I agreed to. After being charged and re-reviewing the contract it turned out that they charged me $200.00 rather than what I had agreed upon. A few days before my wedding day I get a text message from someone stating they are my assigned "hair stylist" and if I could text her pictures of the style of hair I would like for my wedding(note that I had already emailed a handful of pictures to the beauty coordinator). Before sending pictures I asked if she could send me her Instagram so I can refer to pictures of her work because Beauty Entourage's Instagram did not have ANY of her work posted for me to see. She sent me her personal account which was all costume/stage makeup and very few pictures of hair. All the hair posts were of styles she had done for proms. It was very clear that she did not have much experience and her expertise was not bridal hair. I quickly contacted a representative and explained that I was worried because the Instagram page I saw did not paint a good picture and I am nervous she may not be experienced enough. They explained that she is new to the company and they are building her portfolio and this is why no pictures were posted on the company page. They also apologized on her behalf as employees are not to send personal accounts to clients or contact clients directly. They assured me that she has been adequately trained and that they are confident in her abilities. They also asked me to re-send the styles I like as they were not able to open the pictures from the email I originally sent. The wedding day was a complete disappointment. The stylist arrived and was scheduled to do my hair, my mother's hair and my aunts hair. All three of us were completely unsatisfied. None of us were able to get the style we had planned for. We had to lower our expectations and change our styles last minute because the stylist could not deliver what any of us wanted. My mother wanted her hair half up and half down and she had to settle for a blow out. My aunt wanted an updo and had to settle for a blow out. I wanted my hair half up and half down and had to settle for my hair being all up. In addition that stylist did not come prepared and had to borrow my brush for the blow outs. When the stylist left I had to re-blow dry my aunts hair because it was so flat and frizzy and had no volume or style to it and my mom had to do the same with her hair. Beauty entourage states on their website that their mission is to "create a stress free experience". Unfortunately my experience was the opposite, I was extremely upset and emotional while getting ready due to the terrible work the stylist did. On their website they also have a policy the Beguarantee which guarantees that the stylist will complete the work in the allotted time frame if not a FULL refund will be issued. My stylist was supposed to complete our hair from 11am-1pm however she did not leave until way after 2pm. I was late for my pictures and missed my cocktail hour. After the wedding I asked for a full refund and it was not granted even though as per their policy I should have because the stylist exceeded the time frame. I do not recommend that you work with beauty entourage because they are not willing to make things right in the event that you are not happy with their services. They do not comply with their own refund policies or mission. What they post on their Instagram is false advertisement because those pictures do no depict the work of every stylist which gives the client false expectations. Unfortunately, due to the poor customer service I will not recommend them in the future and my friend will not refer her clients to them or refer other salon owners to work with Beauty Entourage.

Incredibly bad quality. Received the wig and it had MULTIPLE split ends. It also had clear signs of…read morecolor damage that had been colored over (the weird orange strands we've all seen before in low quality wigs). I paid an additional $400 to send it back and have a new frontal placed on the wig and received a wig that had the exact same split ends all over the frontal. The first time she blamed me because I took too long to reach out (I was traveling for a personal event that the wig was supposed to be for but didn't arrive in time for me to be able to use it). The look initially looked fine, but once I washed it, whatever product she had on it washed out with it and a billion split ends appeared. The second time, instead of blaming me, she said that all the short choppy pieces are "natural fly aways" that appear in all wigs and that I should take it to a professional wig assessor (????) who will tell me that it's totally normal for frontals to come with lots of broken short pieces. She once again wanted me to jump through multiple hoops and tried to claim that I had expected the replacement frontal for free even though I was the one who asked if I can pay for a new frontal to be placed on. She told me to prove it, and once I sent her screenshots of our own conversation, she went silent. DO NOT BUY anything from her. The hair is NOT raw and is littered with issues. She used to have reviews on her website, but removed the option because other people complained about the quality. The first 3 wigs I purchased from her were fine, but this last one had all the issues that other people complained about. All together, I spent $2k on a crappy wig. She shared a video of A wig and said that it was mine, but had no proof that it was what she sent me, and when I pointed out where mine looked different, she just insisted it was the same video. The quality is not where it should be for the price point, and I would hard avoid. She cited the fact that I had trimmed the wig as me being a scammer, but I trimmed the wig because the bottom 2 inches were scraggly, thin, and see through, which should've been my hint that the whole thing would be a problem. I will never buy anything from her again. The wig was also insanely thin at the lace like it had been severely over plucked. Running your fingers through it had the knots coming undone. The return policy is also insane (for a reason. She knows she's scamming people) and literally taking the wig out of the box and running your fingers through it is enough to void the return. She does that for a reason, because the only way you'd know that the wig is problematic is to.... Take it out of the package. She kept trying to get me to send her pictures of myself wearing the wig which I straight out refused because it literally violated her own stated return policy.

Curls are springier but my hair looks and feels a lot thinner than it did before I cut it. I don't like how I still have a short, triangular top layer with a bottom layer that goes inward, giving it a mushroom-like appearance. The right side of my hair is not only thin to the point where I can see through my layer, it's noticeably shorter than the left. I regret getting a deva cut because I'll now need to spend twice the time growing it out in hopes of fixing my hair and re-trimming/cutting it. We both wore masks for the duration of the appointment. I described what I wanted and showed her a photo, and she matched it EXACTLY. First, she performed a beautiful dry cut with a round, super layered shape. I was excited to get washed using Olaplex products for the first time ever. She styled using multiple products to form a cast. I went under the dryer and diffuse, and voila! Shiny, healthy, layered, elongated curls! She helped me wrap my hair because (my luck) it was storming the day of my cut. I woke up the next morning and decided to do a quick restyle after dealing with the weather! Well.. HOLY. COW. All I did was re-wet and diffuse upside down, and the round, voluminous cut came alive. The layering is so perfect that the cut revitalized my curls! I will never go to a "curly salon" again as long as I can keep Michelle!
