There was no interest in coming to help answer questions - I had to go to them to ask for help. When my furniture was finally ready to be picked up, Mark (the owner) was very rude to me over the phone when I just had some simple questions about the dimensions of the items and wanted to pay the balance. We ordered a queen bed and 2 night stands on jan 17 2014 got the bed jan 21 2014 but to this day jan 6 2014 which we were promised a time 4-7 pm they will be here still no night stands. They have good prices, but they will make your life miserable not delivering your items when they say they will, lie after lie - it is actually unbelievable - I'm blown away at how horrible they are, don't know how they stay in business. We would sit around in the evening and weekends waiting for our delivery and no one would show up, no one would call. I always called I'd phone and the manager of the store would blame it on the drivers this is just a game. This happened quite a few time no word of a lie. I said we will be in tomorrow for our money back and he said we will not get our money back to take him to court this is BRUTAL. Worst customer service ever, hands down!
