Whether this hotel gets a better review will depend on the room you get. Being in an old building the room types are uneven. Same category can get you a great one with balcony or terrace (for which you'd likely get a rave review) or a basic one with no view. We had a room on second floor (#14) facing a narrow side street and building right on the other side. Noisy when someone walks below and talking. Room echos a lot so can hear next room or people in the hallway outside. Tile floor with no carpeting which is good and just enough space to do yoga or stretches. Plenty of outlets, wifi adequate. There is a coffee machine but no tea or kettle, one bottle of drinking water. High ceilings so at least the room didn't feel as oppressive as it's dark with not much lighting. Location is good, walkable to center. Breakfast adequate with standard continental. read more
