I have been here for vehicle transfers and notarizing of a minister's license (yes, I do weddings). Because of the small size of the workforce here, they may not be in for lunch hours or be open when someone is on vacation. The inside is as tired as the outside. There is a small waiting room, but I've only ever walked through, as I've never been there when there was heavy traffic. The main room is a bit of a mess, with paperwork scattered all over the desks in a somewhat haphazard fashion.
