My therapist Anna was amazing. I was a bit nervous getting a massage in my third trimester being that it's been soo long since I've gotten one. I stepped out on faith and chose to leave my care in the hands of The Now! You all did not disappoint. This tired mama left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and more knowledgeable about what my body was experiencing. Anna made sure I was extremely comfortable and felt relaxed the entire process. I've never in my life, walked out in the middle of a massage. $110 as a member for 5 years is a lot of money to intrust with a company for 80 minutes of oil being rubbed on you. A massage? This wasn't a massage. Several times of asking for stronger pressure with no changes being made. Relaxation? She wasn't in the room I can promise you. Not to mention, the appointment was for 2 guests (one being my best friend's birthday). Her therapist was over 30 minutes late to show up to work, making her wait 30 min in the lobby before even starting. Unacceptable and will NOT be coming back, especially to this location. In this economy when luxury services are harder to justify and stress is our new normal... this was truly the most disappointing experience when it could have been a fabulous experience for us. read more

I had the best massage of my life with Shayna today and that's not something I say lightly. I have extremely tight muscles and a million knots, especially in my shoulders (my right one is always a problem), and I'm very picky about massage therapists. Shayna was truly exceptional. She immediately understood what my body needed and worked through areas that no one else has ever been able to release properly. Her pressure was spot-on, intentional, and incredibly effective not rushed, not generic, and never uncomfortable. She has an amazing ability to find and address deep tension while still making the experience relaxing and therapeutic. You can tell Shayna is highly skilled, intuitive, and truly cares about her clients' well-being. I had the most incredible massage by Jabari this weekend at Now Massage Las Colinas. I called on a whim, and had never been to this location before. I wanted someone strong and I was matched with Jabari. This massage was HEALING! I know in the first 5 seconds if I'm going to like my therapists massage style and the minute he laid his hands on me I knew he knew what he was doing. It's clear he really understands the human body and why things are tight or hurt and how to relieve your pain. I was in a coma like state as he worked out so much tension and knots. I felt like I left a new woman. He has a wonderful demeanor, table side manner and asked he how I was doing with the pressure but didn't talk my ear off. After not having a massage in a while and having had consistent acupressure in the past, Rina was the best I could've asked for! She took everything I said into consideration and even offered tips to relieve some of the pain I have been experiencing. I had an 80 minute The Now massage and I wish it didn't end. I have had the pleasure of having Jean as my massage therapist for several months now and I cannot say enough good things. I get a deep tissue massage, and every time she is extremely thorough, applies just the right amount of pressure, and shows how knowledgeable she is with each debrief after a session. She explains what areas are the tightest, what need to be worked on, gives recommendations and is overall always very attentive with my concerns. The entire staff at this location is very kind and always helps to answer any questions that I may have, such as Zoe who works at the front desk. So much so that I signed up for a membership.
