It looks like a run down/nasty version of what might have been a decent place at one time. They don't answer the phone and direct to Indian call center or third party using their name . The carburetor cost $25 and added another and $25 to ship to store (Suspicious). The carburetor arrived at the St. Cloud store the following week. Upon opening this 'OEM' part it appeared to be a refurbished part and not new. The housing appeared to be cleaned and pitting removed. Mower did not start after installation. I then ordered $25 non OEM part off Amazon, which included as part spark plugs, gaskets and fuel filter all for $25. arrived the next day. Worked like a charm. Everglades refused to give me my money back. I've purchased two Honda mowers from their store. Horrible customer service, unscrupulous parts network and not very nice service after the sale. Buy your parts on Amazon. Cheaper, quicker and good return policy, none of these attributes can be found at Everglades St. Cloud store. Nasty counter folks as well. Not accountable to anyone. Received a Mother's Day bouquet that was advertised much different than the product received. As advertised was a FULL bouquet consisting of at least 10 roses (of red and white color) with a card for around $70. Received was 5 (not so fresh) roses with no card and a small vase. Upon reaching out the the business in regards to the disappointment we were told that this is what the product is and due to high demand for Mother's Day there's nothing they could do. When questioned why would they advertise something inaccurately, they just repeated themselves. Really unprofessional and impersonal.
