As soon as you walk in you could tell there were too many delicious choices to narrow down into an order including pralines and cream, banana nut crunch and bartman. And if something doesn't quite fit your fancy, you can choose to add toppings to your mix from the large variety of options. The line moves fast, and the friendly staff are super helpful and ready to answer questions. The menu also provides favorite concoctions and sundaes. The interior may seem small, but you don't need much room to get in, order, and get out quickly. The only problem is I only had two hands to hold my order as I wanted to try everything.

I ordered chocolate ice cream with rainbow sprinkles and my husband ordered coffee. My chocolate ice cream was extremely creamy and delicious. Their sprinkles were also fantastic. As an Italian heritage family this has been a source of pride. However over the past couple of years we have taken to trusting the team at Carmelina's to provide food for a number of events. Yesterday was the largest as we catered an engagement party for over 130 people at the Masury in Center Moriches. The food was top notch (chicken parm, eggplant rollatini, chicken franchese, meatballs and garlic knots to go with homemade lasagna and sausage).
