They're all wonderful women who are more than happy to help. Maintenance is on top of it, senior maintenance Jamie is very capable and helpful in keeping this place in tiptop shape! Jaylin is a power house of intelligence. All maintenance requests are responded to in a timely manner. This complex was built in 2016. The only downside I could say is some of the infrastructure of the building may make it so that noise from neighbors is not absorbed easily. But if that is a concern, there is another sister complex right next to this one that is more insulated and they are building a third sister building right behind it that I'm sure will be far more advanced. I hope this is helpful to anyone looking to rent at an up kept complex!

I've experienced the same issues…read morethey mention, and it makes me very suspicious that the positive reviews are fraudulent or incentivized (many of them are from people who haven't even moved in, but are "getting ready to move in," which is a red flag). Management does NOT care about residents' happiness or safety. Examples of their complete disregard for our wellbeing: - Amenities (hot tub, pool, trash compactor, etc.) are constantly broken. All gym treadmills have been broken for 2 weeks straight with no sign of incoming repair. - Walls are paper-thin. You'll hear neighbors' coughs, sneezes, fights, and crying babies. We hear our upstairs neighbors' every step and are woken up when they use the bathroom every night at 2am. Dogs also bark 24/7. - Cars are broken into constantly, with police being called often, but break-ins never ceasing. - Many residents have vicious dogs that attack other residents/dogs. We were attacked by a pair of Huskies that broke off leash, and their owners followed us home harassing us when we said we'd report the incident. When I filed a report with Animal Control, Palm Grove management refused to cooperate or tell them where the offending residents lived. We were then attacked AGAIN by these same off leash dogs because nothing was done the first time, and I had to go out of my way to work with animal control to finally get the dogs removed. While I was trying to report this, management (Angelina) actually told me that Palm Grove has no outdoor security cameras, don't plan on getting any, and would never cooperate with authorities, even if I were to be fatally attacked by a fellow resident with a weapon (so I guess this complaint is actually a selling point if you're a violent criminal). - Fire alarms go off every time the oven is opened. You'll also hear them any time a neighbor opens their oven (or smokes), which means at least once a week you'll be woken up after midnight by blaring sirens. - The internet is frequently out for days at a time. - The front gate and the smart locks for the pool, gym, and clubhouse break for long stretches. If this happens you'll be blocked from using the amenities, and management will tell you there's nothing they can do. The phone app that allows residents to request maintenance and pay rent also stopped letting me login months ago, and management said there's no resolution possible. - Dog poop collection cans are always overflowing, with poop all around them, and the poop bag boxes are always empty. Many residents don't clean up after their dogs at all, so poop is just all over the community. - Massive fire ant mounds are EVERYWHERE; we've been bitten countless times. Bugs are also a HUGE issue within the apartments, coming out of the walls constantly. - Trash collection randomly skips units at least a few times every month. - No assigned parking and not enough spaces, so residents frequently have to park at entirely different buildings. - Lawns are not properly maintained and are muddy swamps that your feet sink 8" into. Drains aren't managed, so rainwater pools several inches very close to front doors, and I'm sure it's only a matter of time before apartment interiors are flooded in a storm. - If you email/call management to complain you won't get a response. My husband and I have both emailed them several times with no response, and when I went to the front desk and showed them the actual sent emails on my phone that were indeed delivered to their correct address, they (Brittany) insisted they didn't receive them. I'm sure management will respond here telling me to email them, which is obviously a sick joke. Palm Grove management doesn't treat its residents like fellow human beings, but rather like annoyances they wish would shut up and suffer in silence. If they cared, they wouldn't continually ignore all these issues, and they'd PROVIDE A RENT DISCOUNT as compensation for the COUNTLESS HOURS their amenities/internet/trash/etc. (that residents pay for!!!) have not worked. There's the phone answering service if you cannot reach them. They have events every week, they do their best to keep the premises clean, my kids use the common areas, I never hear any issue. This place is family oriented which is important to me. I wish we had a 5-day grace period to pay the rent instead of 3 days but I guess that's the norm for the industry. My issues are that I'm not on the fourth floor, I have to deal with the stumping from the floor above and also that the gates do not remain closed. Besides that, I love it here and when I leave I will miss the events, the convenience of having the food trucks and the sense of community.

Its a love hate relationship. Love:…read more-Maintenance has been extraordinary. Every situation that comes up they come by super quick and fix the problem ASAP. But unfortunately, we have had to call maintenence A LOT for flooding in our apartment from sprinklers. -Neighbors are friendly as far as I've come in contact with -Lots of parking, BUT if you get home past 10PM there may be issues with finding a spot but usually I just park on the curb if this happens and then move my car in the morning and I haven't had any issues with this. -Valet trash comes on time every day they're supposed to so I don't have to bring my trash down to the dumpster everyday -Pretty secure place, which is good and bad. It's hard to get to your front door without a key fob which is great for strangers but all packages go to the mail room which is just an extra step to take. -Quick access to downtown Bradenton/Desoto parade and even the hospital if you needed to go LOL Hate: -The front office staff when I first moved in, in January 2026 was so terrible. They told us our apartment was ready for move in but it was not at all. Our padlock wasn't able to be set up because we weren't in the system yet so we couldn't leave to move all of our stuff in. Stains on doors, hole in bedroom door, freezer dirty, walls had holes all in them (BUT MAINTENENCE MAN CAME THAT HOUR AND FIXED ALMOST EVERYTHING RIGHT THEN, HE WAS AMAZING) -Support beams (I assume) were placed a few months after I moved in on all first floor patios and it's very ugly and annoying and blocks my patio -Mail room: I've had a package stolen and contacted the front office asking them to look at security cameras and help me get it because it showed it delivered to the mail room and they did nothing about it. People even sometimes deliver things to random places around the complex. -It's near the water, so being on the first floor the palmetto bugs when we first moved in were ATROCIOUS. I was scared to be at my own apartment because they were everywhere all the time. I haven't see one in awhile but thatsbecause i went and bought my own stuff from a bug place because the bug guy comes at a random time only on Wednesdays and I'm always at work so he said he wouldn't enter without me there

BEWARE Office staff…read morelead by Hannah are malicious unhelpful and think your children stepping in dog poop is funny. They will sneak bogus charges in your bill without notice. They will tack on fees any chance they get. Hannah will intentionally avoid you at all costs. They will laugh in your face and not respond to you. They will ignore you on purpose and the only way to get any response is by reaching out to corporate and then it's still a 50/50 shot. Apartments are cheaply made. Maintenance and upkeep is awful. Management is literally the worst I've ever seen in my life. It makes me sick that I got roped in to living here for another year.
