Yes granted I get it, people shank it and I could get hit but that's my prerogative. He ruined what was a relaxing golf practice and made it sour I ended up just leaving multiple practice balls behind because I didn't wanna hit near him. So for anyone that comes here for future reference YOU CANT PRACTICE WITH YOUR DRIVER off the grass. Instead they want you to POKE A HOLE in the turf so push hard.

While I realize it's a municipal course run by the city of Provo it severely lacks in every way, shape & form. My husband reserved us a tee time for what should have been a great date night out. We love golf and it's been a hot minute since we've had a chance to go play. He reserved us to play the 9 hole Pasture course. First, the signs directed us to the right past the bridge behind the clubhouse. When the first hole was actually just to the left of the driving range. Also, I can't say how far but it was exactly but it was quite a walk and so confusing to find that first hole. The tee box if you will call it was chock full of divets. This so called tee box has no turf but appears to be regular grass? Also, some tee boxes didn't line up very well with the green. So often times trying to figure out which green / flag to aim for was confusing, Apparently filling divets or raking a bunker is not necessary or a required rule on the Pasture course from what I could tell. Over the loud speaker they told us to pair up with a young couple of 2. This is ridiculous. I wanted to spend time with my husband not with twenty something year olds. So we let them go ahead. By the 6th hole we were done. It just wasn't a pleasant place to play. We decided to hit the driving range before leaving but that was an even worse experience. It does look like they installed some new turf boxes but it was coned off and we were unable to use it. We headed out onto the grass which was also awful. People were playing in weird places. Sone out farther, sone behind the rope lines, others inside it. But regardless the grass and dirt made it completely difficult to hit a ball unless you had a tee. I'm really disappointed that my date night was ruined by such awful maintenance of a course. The views are gorgeous but this is not a place I'd return unless the City of Provo can turn this around.

There are two things stopping this course from being great:…read more1) dry, dead-pan fairways that feel like hitting approach shots off of asphalt 2) bunkers look like they've been emptied and are now conprised of pebbles and compacted sand (or just filled with the cheapest unsifted sand available) and some bunkers even have grass growing in them. Other than the general under watering and sorry bunker execution, it's still a somewhat attractive course.

I saw a Facebook event for a date night-various golf challenges, a little bit of instruction, dessert in your golf cart while watching the sun set over the mountains. Sounds perfect, right? Yeah, it pretty much was. When my wife and I arrived, we immediately felt out of our league. All the other couples were wearing golf-appropriate attire (Nike everywhere!) and practicing putting while we waited. We took a few eyebrow-raised glances, but were determined to have a good time. We were sitting in prime real estate-the shade-while we waited for instruction to begin our night of adventure. A few folks joined us, including one person whom we later learned to be one of the instructors, and started up some casual conversation. We found that each of the challenges was fun, but also led by professional golf instructors who were extremely patient and rather good at what they do. They recognized that we were newbies and gave us simple tips to get started. Everyone was very friendly, we did not feel like we were unwelcome at all. By the end of the night, my wife was asking about taking lessons. We had so much fun, the instructors were all so good and the course is just beautiful. What's not to love? We'll be back.

My wife and I were married at Quiet Meadow this year and we really enjoyed our time! It is a…read moregorgeous venue and we received many compliments from our guests. Emily, our day of coordinator, was good to work with. We live in California so we had some requests that we felt were normal but for a Utah venue apparently were different. We had to have many discussions regarding the bar and dance floor but were able to work it out. We also requested to bring in a caterer that was not on their vendors list which was met with hesitation but they were able to agree to terms and now I believe this caterer will be working with Quiet Meadow in the future! One great addition to this venue is that it comes with it's own decorations so we spent very little on any extras. The reason this venue gets 4 stars and not 5 is the amount of time you get the facility. We only had it from 2-10 pm and I am not sure why we couldn't have accessed the premisses sooner. If they extend the time and are a little more lenient on the bar, then it is a 5/5!

Wow! This is easily…read moreone of the prettiest wedding venues that I've ever been to. Not only because the venue itself is beautiful, but it's located at the edge of the city along the mountain. So the surrounding views are unmatched.
