You either have to press the button on the intercom or wait until someone us exiting the building. There are a few restrooms on the ground floor, however, you need to know the pass code in order to ultize them. I knew the code initially, however, it recently changed and I'm unaware of the new code. The building is kept clean and there are so many suites in total. It's imperative to know ahead of time which specific suite you are going to because you can easily get lost. There's usually no one around to ask for assistance to location your desired suite.

Only problem was that there was a small 2in tear near the bottom of the couch. Truly didn't know if anyone would be able to repair at a reasonable cost in the area but I took a chance and just started calling around places to get quotes. I stumbled across Rosa's on Yelp via a Google search and gave them call. Luis picked up and gave me a VERY fair quote and described what could be done to fix it. He then told me he would come to my apartment and fix it at no extra cost! We scheduled a day and Luis showed up and knocked the repair in just about an hour. Very nice guy and professional throughout that time. I paid him when it was over and overall had a great experience. Would recommend to anyone who needs furniture repair or reupholstering.
