I was hesitant at first when I decided to try a more holistic type of help. And if u know me and/or my reviews, I am probably the most cynical person on earth. But this spot was amazing!! When u first go in, there is an awesome feeling of just...idk, straight up relaxation. Just a great vibe. I started going in for just a Kati batsi (which is an amazing lower back healing)...and decided to get help with my overall health. This was over a month ago, and since then, their techniques and recommendations have just given me more "natural energy" and helped me with my sleep issues. Tbh, they seemed a little pricey at first, however it included all materials she could possibly use during all treatments and her attention to detail & care made it worth every penny in the end! She also provided teas, samples, lifestyle recommendations and herbal blends she formulates right there for you based on your needs. My treatment included Ayurvedic massage, oiling of the scalp, nose, ears and eyes, as well as a steam sauna spread out over the course of 5 sessions, including the 1st assessment visit. At the end of it all I felt like a new person! The mind-chatter was gone! If i could give 10 stars i would! I knew finding a holistic approach to medicine was what i was looking for, and finding Dr. Nina was the best thing ever. I came to her to seek help with some anxiety, and nutritional needs, as well as overall body balance. At first appointment i instantly felt the warmth her office and whole self brings, it's the most comfortable space and she offers the most inviting presence to be able to open up to and receive the kind of advice that is not only extremely helpful, but shows that she truly cares about her patients. Her website shows the wonderful services she offers, many using herbal remedies she collects and makes herself following ancient traditions. She also works remotely which was convenient and safe. Today i had an amazing experience! I had a treatment done by Dr. Heena. It's called Shirodhara, it's an Ayurvedic treatment requiring warm oil slowly pouring down onto the middle of your forehead. It's a 45 minute process where you're required to breathe in all the positive energy you can while exhaling any negative energies you carry. It's really all about focusing on your breath and relaxing. The process is amazing. As the process started, I immediately focused on my breathe and as the warm oil started to pour, I immediately saw pink and purple lights. I thought she was using lights as well. I learned later it wasn't the case. She explained that it was an instant third eye opening. The whole time I felt relaxed and very nurtured. However towards the end I felt empowered as I felt that I was able to release a lot of negative energy. The whole experience was very pleasant l. She's a wonderful therapist and she will dig into your soul and dig out dirt and place it nicely in your face for you to look at and guide you through it very loving and kindly. I highly recommend her services. Be ready to feel lighthearted and joyous even after your first meeting with her. It's truly magical and beautiful. read more
