It took 2 hours for an inspection and oil change. Not because they were busy, they put regular oil in instead of what was on my account. The manager, I think owner, said that I told them to NOT use synthetic. I never said such a thing. Instead of acknowledging the error and apologizing, all I got was sit down and wait until we call you in a rude tone. Not the way to treat customers. Mistakes happen but, for a manager/owner to treat a customer like this is unacceptable and speaks volumes. I will NEVER return and I have informed all friends to AVOID this place. read more

Unfortunately (due to our last encounter), me and my husband have come for the last few years having work done on several vehicles with this particular place of business. Up until the other day we have had no issues with getting services done at this particular establishment until we took our truck on Monday had some work done and we were miss quoted a price so they let me pay what the invoice said and LEAVE with our SUV. Then turned around 24 hours later and left my husband a voicemail stating that WE had an outstanding balance of $214. So their receptionist made the error and we were supposed to pay after the fact for their misquote which I felt like was wrong on their behalf. So for anyone else that goes to get to work done at this particular establishment MAKE SURE that your invoice is completely correct before they have you pay at the end of your service. Hopefully this mistake won't happen to someone else. read more

Great place for oil changes! They are quick and efficient and their oil changes last me much longer than any other place I've been to. The owner is nice and he is always out there working with his staff. I believe this helps the place be more efficient because he's working hard with them. This is the place to go. They also do NC inspections and minor repairs! If they are unable they will direct you to the place that can assist you for a fair price. read more

Received a state inspection here. First time at this business. Tech that greeted me was very patient as we searched through our cluttered glovebox for the current registration. He even paid me a compliment on my tshirt. The waiting room and bathroom was clean and well equipped. Wish there had been some water available as I could've used some when my throat became dry and I began coughing. Faintly heard a woman calling out something every few or so minutes and wasn't sure where it was coming from and didn't pay it much attention. The TV was on and several customers were talking so there was noise everywhere. Then heard a customer mentioned "Ford, not ours" and I then realized that behind a plexiglas in a room that was darker than the waiting room sat the cashier. She was the one who was calling out; calling out car models. We then paid her and all she said was thank you. We then on our own exited through the service bay areas unsure where our car was. Had to interrupt a tech working on a car to ask where the Ford was. Nice entrance, very sloppy exit. Woman behind the counter needs to speak up, maybe take the plexiglass down as that's so I dont know..... 2020. Also, the light in her room should be brighter so that it stands out so people are aware when they walk in that she is the cashier. I called around before hand to find where I wanted to go. I called here and was asked the make and model and year of my car. He told me to hold on while he looked up how much it would cost for my car and said it would be $36. The other place I had been going was $40 something so I decided to try here. Got it done quickly, was told that my car calls for synthetic oil which I knew. Went to check out and was told $81. I told her I was quoted $36, and I got a sorry, they must not have known what they were talking about. Uhhh WTF? $80??? For a basic oil change with no air filter or anything? That's almost double what I've ever paid anywhere else, yes with synthetic oil. She said it was $81 because the synthetic oil costs double. Um I was told that synthetic oil was a "little bit" more.
