Maybe a sign that reads, "BE RIGHT BACK" ...or something, would be helpful? Like our other frequently-visited location, the professionalism is lacking here at times. I've had a couple instances of unprofessional interactions with the employees where they were less than helpful with shipping options, or whether or not they would allow USPS drop off. Also, they don't consistently wear any sort of "uniform" or other company shirts or name tags, so you're left wondering who's who, which can be disconcerting when you're dropping off valuable shipping.

However today i was not helped. i tried to return a package in the box that amazon had sent it in. i explained to the lady the box was how i received it and showed her the amazon label with adress on it. she barely glanced at it and told me i was wrong that this wasn't the box and i could buy a box for 13$. I refuse to do business with a company who thinks it's acceptable to call their customer liars then try to up charge me. thats unacceptable.

Sometimes, the professionalism is lacking in a couple different ways; namely, the way the employees speak to each other in front of customers, and also the way they speak directly to customers at times. A little too much "back office" talk in the front office, if you catch my drift. My other qualm is that you fairly frequently have a UPS truck blocking the front entry to the store, which again, seems less-than-professional. The driver tends to be in and out of the front of the store, blocking the entry and customer waiting area. But, again, most of the time, it's quick in, quick out, good to go.

The woman at the counter, (and we were alone on the store) practically barked at me telling me they don't do passport photos at this location. Before this interaction there was another lady in the store and while she was being waited on, I looked around the store and there is a sign that said they do passport photos. I politely told them woman at the counter they should take the sign down, she said, and rudely, "it's says in small print not available at every location." I commented that she may need to work on her customer service." She responded, "you need to get out of MY store now". I would not recommend you do business with this store. I don't know if she owns this store or is the owner, but if she is not, her supervisor or owner should take a strong look who of who is representing them.
