We frequent this location often, as it's closest to home and on the way to many of our other errands. *Most* of the time, the folks here are nice enough, and work pretty quickly, which is good, as my experience is that it is often busy. Sometimes, the professionalism is lacking in a couple different ways; namely, the way the employees speak to each other in front of customers, and also the way they speak directly to customers at times. A little too much "back office" talk in the front office, if you catch my drift. My other qualm is that you fairly frequently have a UPS truck blocking the front entry to the store, which again, seems less-than-professional. The driver tends to be in and out of the front of the store, blocking the entry and customer waiting area. But, again, most of the time, it's quick in, quick out, good to go. read more

Update - 8/17/2025 - just wanted to let everyone know that the owner/manager or whomever responded to this review to ask me to email the store ... I did email them and I have NOT received a response to my email. (Yes I did check my spam mail) Another red flag. I suggest you do not give this store your business. If I could rate this UPs store a 0 stars I would. Went in around 9:30 am on Aug. 5, 2025 and asked if I could get a passport photo made. The woman at the counter, (and we were alone on the store) practically barked at me telling me they don't do passport photos at this location. Before this interaction there was another lady in the store and while she was being waited on, I looked around the store and there is a sign that said they do passport photos. I politely told them woman at the counter they should take the sign down, she said, and rudely, "it's says in small print not available at every location." I commented that she may need to work on her customer service." She responded, "you need to get out of MY store now". I would not recommend you do business with this store. I don't know if she owns this store or is the owner, but if she is not, her supervisor or owner should take a strong look who of who is representing them. read more

Needed one box. Passing by the UPS Store and stopped in. Yes they had the right size box. 18x18x12. BUT WANTED $21 for it. Then shipping was more money on top of that! It was not even a heavy weight or special box. So I went across the street to Walmart and bought a box there for $1.42. read more

Absolute WORST customer service! They put the wrong address on the package and it was not caught - discovered it when the package never showed up. I got online and did a change delivery address - apparently their system didn't take it although it texted me that the address had been updated. Package was shipped back and the manager (Ryan) would not reship it without re- charging us - despite the fact that UPS called him and tried to get him to do so. The UPS Store - Shipping Centers Near Me - Olathe, Kansas

This UPS store will not accept shipments if payment is being made by recipient. In other words, unless the person dropping off the package/envelope pays for the shipment, they will not accept it. So once a week I have to drive to the other side of Olathe as the store at 135th and Mur-Len is more than happy to facilitate shipments where the I list the UPS account number on the paperwork of the person receiving the item. read more

Havig worked for over 40 years, I've used multiple UPS and other printing and shipping businesses throughout the country. The Olathe store on Parker is by far the best in multiple ways. The customer service agent, Angie WEALOT, is an excellent representative for UPS. She is patient and kind, listens well and has a great sense of humor, regardless of the long line of people needing attention. Do not use this UPS store...we took a return to be shipped back in November. The package was scanned by the employee and it never arrived at its destination. We have the evidence that they took receipt of the package and it remains "in transit". The employee I spoke to was rude and unhelpful. I have since filed a claim with UPS and will use the main branch going forward. read more

Love this store! The employees are helpful and polite. Most of all, even though they know me by face they always check my ID making sure I'm getting the correct package. Unlike the store on 159th st. That gave my $1,000 package to another regular customer then acted like it was no biggie that I had to wait sweating for 20 min so he could eventually bring it back. read more
