Son (pronounced Sawn) does a great job with my wife's fine hair. She takes her time & always very upbeat & happy. The salon is always super sanitary & they have a fresh expresso machine that's a great pleaser. The salon deco is super modern. Parking is plentiful bc it's in a big parking complex. got a haircut for a 23 yr old female by Son. Did not give what i asked for, when she was cutting my hair she proceeded to give me a "butterfly" style and i asked what that was and she could not answer. Then while she was cutting my bangs i didn't ask for she asked if i liked them. i told her as long as they're longer than my face. and she laughed and the bangs are definitely too short to even tuck behind my ears. My experience was very bad. We went in there for hair cut yesterday (8/12/2023). This is our first time there. The front-desk lady is not very friendly, no greeting, no smiling. The lady doing the hair-washing is very rushing, I felt she want to get it down as soon as possible and go home. The Barbary's technical is below average, very careless. The whole haircut (my son and me), including washing and drying took less than 30 minutes. Overall, my experience was pretty bad. read more

I went in for a haircut and came out with a fucking fried hair. It was my second time going for a haircut and even though they weren't the best, I didn't have any problem the first time so I went again. I didn't have much problem the hair cut, but another stylist styled my hair using flat iron. I have originally curly/wavy hair so I refrain from using heat on my hair but since they were professional, I thought I'd trust the process. But this "professional" didn't stop while my hair was literally smoking every strand she was curling, and once she was done it looked absolutely disgusting but she tried to blame it on my hair saying it's because I have too much hair. I waited for a day since I thought maybe it's temporary but it was damaged even after the wash. I called and went back but all they did was put some treatment on my hair and have steamer on for few min and they called it a day. They told me to not do anything today but it's clear my hair is irreversibly damaged and I just spent the last hour crying my eyes out because tomorrow is my birthday and I also have my graduation next week. The person who burned my hair didn't even apologize and half of my hair, which I've been growing out for almost 10 years, is burned. Oh and you know damn well they didn't even offer a refund.
