Açaí bowl (blueberry, mulberry and banana)
    Sera Y.

The spot had a cute seating area and it was a hot day so I decided to wander in and have a cooking snack. Unfortunately, the place looked much than it tasted. My açaí was not mixed well, there was a frozen unblended banana piece along with a few frozen chunks of açaí in my bowl. Also when I ordered blueberry as a topping I thought it would be fresh blueberries, but instead they just put frozen blueberries in your bowl. Overall cute vibes and very aesthetic picture, but the taste bowl itself was quite subpar.

This place is insane. I ordered the raw cacao smoothie which was really good! Like REALLY good. Texture was unbeatable. It's rare to find a place that can make a thick smoothie. But I have a cashew allergy and am a little suspicious of cross contamination. Nonetheless, would definitely recommend! The green hulk smoothie looks insane too.

This place never misses!! I travel 45 minutes just for their smoothie bowls, they're sooo good!! They have great options that cater to all palettes, from fruity to chocolatey to greens. Perfect post-workout/summer/Sunday stroll refresher. You can get a smoothie cup for $9 or a smoothie bowl for $12 which includes 3 toppings of your choice. Their smoothies are thick and don't get runny easily, I hate runny smoothies personally. Don't be fooled by the amount you get in your smoothie or bowl, it is very filling!

Loved my cacao smoothie - it was rich with homemade almond milk. And surprisingly filling. The ambience is very nice too, filled with a ton of greenery and a little outdoor area with a few seats if you want to sit and sip.

This juice/smoothie place doubles as a plant shop so the inside is filled with greenery. The smoothies there are so delicious - I got the açai one although I don't remember the exact name. The staff were super friendly. We went on a hot, Saturday so we waited about 15 mins for our smoothies, but they were worth it. The consistency was very smoothie bowl like (almost sorbet like) - it was super thick and hard to drink at first but once you move the straw around it's fine. The ingredients tasted really fresh as well.

Loved the juice, plants, and decor. Kindof chaotic inside if there's more than 5 people in at a time. But the freshness of the juice made up for it.

I wasn't feeling well and was coughing and congested, so when we walked past this place, my friend suggested we pop in here while we were in the area. At first glance, it looks like a plant shop, which it is, but it also has fresh, cold-pressed juice and nut milk. I don't have a green thumb whatsoever, so I can't elaborate on their plant selection other than succulents and air plants of different sizes, but they have quite the variety of juices given the small size of the shop. Everything is 100% organic, with two sizes of glass bottles, plus mini shots. They even have fresh watermelon juice, which you don't often see in juice shops. Because I was starting to get sick, I got a shot of ginger for my scratchy throat - just what I needed! If I lived in the area, I'd totally be here all the time! It seemed pretty popular and was packed when we were there, so it was tight in terms of space and maybe not the most accessible depending on how busy it is.

I've been to Kensington market a couple times this place had a lineup, after you try this place you will throw booster juice and freshly squeezed in the trash no comparison whatsoever, I got the green hulk smoothie with kale, house apple juice, green apple, banana, mango, hemp I don't even know what that is, this was the tastiest smoothie I ever had I. My life and it's so fresh that's what I like about, service was quick, In and out that's how I like it, friendly staff, but most important is that smoothie, I could come back to with Kensington just for that smoothie, if I come here again I wanna try the other smoothies, now my palate is elevated cuz of this one smoothie, organic indeed, especially in a hot day smoothie is a necessity, the kale doesn't overpower the smoothie cuz I want to taste that sweetness, and you get the perfect balance and combination, organic press you will definitely see me again

    Green hulk and Kensington crush

This is a super cute shop located in the heart of Kensington market. I decided to pay them a visit after I saw pictures of their colourful smoothie bowls on Instagram. For $12, you get a fair sized bowl with your choice of 3 toppings. I got the Green Hulk with banana, mulberries and almond butter & my friend got the Kensington Crush with bananas, blueberries and almond butter. While it did taste very refreshing and healthy, we honestly could have just shared one bowl. We were full and bored of the taste after about 1/2 the bowl lol. It's like eating sorbet. The aesthetic of the shop is also very cute so it makes for a great photo op.

Everything about this place is awesome. Plants, juices, smoothie bowls, wellness shots. If you've never been, don't walk, run. What are you waiting for? Also, order a grape juice along with an açai bowl with banana, dried mulberries, and almond butter and thank me later.

I was venturing around Union Station for lunch and came across Harvest Clean eats!…read more First impression was that they had a lot of options on their menu that also accommodated various dietary restrictions - lots of vegan and vegetarian options were available. I was craving a warm bowl and their new Spicy Miso Salmon Bowl caught my eye. The price of the bowl was on the higher end (~$22 before tax/tip) but not surprised as we're in the downtown core. I will say .. the portions were very generous and all the ingredients were very fresh! I was pleasantly surprised and am satisfyingly full. They had a lot of different vegetable options mixed in and the rice was nice and warm, reflecting the freshness once again. There were a lot of other items on the menu that I was interested in so I would be keen to return, especially for their smoothies. The ladies at the cash were very quick and helpful when I had some questions about my order. I got my bowl pretty quickly (~11:30 am) but can imagine this place gets busy. Luckily they do let you order in advance so may take advantage of that next time.

There are nine locations in the east coast. I ordered the Carrot Cake ($3.00). It was delicious! Even my son loved it. All their smoothies are vegan-friendly, made with coconut milk. There are no added sweeteners or sugars; they use juice from real fruits (banana or date extract) as sweeteners. Smoothies cannot be changed to take out the sweeteners. I also ordered a Strawberry Banana Smoothie ($9.95). It is the only smoothie where you can choose to have yogurt instead of coconut milk. Of course I had to try the yogurt version, making it thicker. It was quite good. Even though it says banana in the name, you won't taste the banana because it was only used as a sweetener. All their food are vegan-friendly and gluten-free. If it isn't listed as vegan or gluten-free free, just ask them and they can make it as desired. All products are made on-site using fresh, never-frozen ingredients. There is a large kitchen in the back. Their matcha drinks are very popular, selling about 70% of all their drink orders! They have some nice touches. Their napkins are of such a good quality that it is similar to a cloth towel in thickness. But there are no garbage bins since most people order for takeout; just give you garbage to the staff. There are 4 small tables with 8 chairs total. There is lively music playing in the background. There is free WiFi from Union Station. The cafe is wheelchair accessible. There are separate male/female washrooms at Union Station. There is paid neighbourhood street parking and paid parking lots. Review 2025-136
