I will say that Danyelle was flexible with rescheduling our wedding due to COVID, however, we did not have a 2nd shooter on our wedding day and getting the album was a horrible process. I had to endlessly nag and reach out to Danyelle to even get the album. When we finally received it, it was 1.5 years after our wedding (Dec 2023) and was the wrong color. Because it took so long to get Danyelle had promised us a free gift with the album to make it up to us, but we never received anything. When I notified her it was the wrong color, she promise to fix it. It has now been another additional year of me nagging her with promises to get it fixed and nothing in return. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed to the point that sometimes even looking at my wedding photos makes me upset.
