A great experience even though it was drizzling. The light rain made the weather nice. Every person I interacted with in every shop I visited was so welcoming and kind. I tried a new snack at Frontera Coffee Co. It was fun to try something new even though I have visited the outlet mall many times. I felt so adventurous! Frontera is definitely eclectic. You can order coffee, tea, pastries, and items like elote or in my case loaded Doritos. The loaded Doritos were a medley of flavors: peanuts, queso, cucumber, jicama and more all in one bag! We dropped by to check it out...busy on sales day weekends. Everything is all set up for Christmas Shopping. Santa is already in play and the lights are out. Plenty of everything out here, from Nike to Banana Republic, it's a well set up outlet. Folks are friendly here, both crowds and the store help. Old Navy is having a 50% off most things sale this weekend. The kids enjoyed some Annie's Pretzels, but they have plenty of other food vendors on the complex. I'm not into shopping, but we hit the outlet mall after Sunday brunch. I don't know how many stores there were, but it's a big mall! It was pretty hot out so the large amount of covered areas was nice. It was clean. There was music playing and there were a lot of benches to sit on when you need a break. The buildings are colorful. The Outlets has a vast array of shops and good exercise while you check out the stores. Once in a while many of the stores have some pretty good deals and some send you updates when they have sales or offer discounts. There are also several sneakers stores, some are name brand stores such as Nike and Adidas. This is a very large shopping plaza that is approximately 19 miles northwest of the Fort Bliss, Texas military base. On our last visit to the El Paso community, we decided to spend a few hours here to do some shopping and to grab a quick snack. This outlet location has over 100 stores with all the favorites such as: Nike, Coach, Banana Republic, Crocs, and so many others. The only thing I can say it's mostly outdoors and if you've ever been to El Paso, than you already know it is extremely hot most of the time. Now on a good note it's extremely easy to navigate to with the use of a GPS device or Google maps, and there is no issues with parking what so ever. read more

None of the stores were well-stocked, with the exception of Famous Footwear: the employees at UA, Nike, and, especially, Converse, were rude. This mall looks like one of those semi-abandoned malls that is about to close. What a dump! read more

Being from the east coast, having an outlet mall in my backyard is a real treat! All the major brands are here- what can be better than Coach leather cleaner at 30% off?! Here is a great tip for having leather furniture and living in the desert- use the Coach leather moisturizer to keep your sofas and chairs in top shape in this dry weather. Parking around the holidays can be difficult, so go at off peak hours. The restrooms situation is great- plenty in a central location. There are snack type eateries, but on the outskirts of the mall are Starbucks, IHOP, Taco Tote, and Whataburger. Also check out the nearby Maracas and their great Cuban Sandwiches. Yess this outlet mall has all the great deals! I can definitely spend my whole day here! There is a store here for the whole family. Charlotte Russe, H&M, Nike, Banana Republic, Adidas, Papaya, Vans, Michael Kors, Hot Topic, and Coach just to name a few! There is also a food court and a splash pad right in front of the Nike and the food court. There are many benches throughout this outside mall, and plenty of security walking around. Bathrooms are evenly spread out and plenty of shade to hide from the blaring sun. Parking is huge and it surrounds the mall. I went on a Monday so it wasn't at all busy but I can't imagine what it looks like on the weekends. read more

So again I have to give a star to post this but I would give ZERO. I recently visited The outlet Shoppes at El Paso and was walking around saw a stand called Frihuahua Cafe and Shop with many Agua Frescas out and the Mexican candies, hot chip with cheese, fruits with Chile etc. I decided to try an Agua de melon. It looked amazing and the jar was completely full so in my mind I was thinking this must be a fresh jar since it's so full and hopeful made today. I was given a large cup with no ice. $5.50 (a little steep I thought). I walked into another store started drinking the drink and holy crap it was awful. So I tried a few more times. I asked my husband to try it. (I don't tell him it was awful) he tried made a face and said "babe why would you make me taste that." I told him I just wanted confirmation that I wasn't being overly judgmental. He volunteered to take it back and let them know that it tastes very old and awful. I continued to shop. He returned with no drink and said the lady at the counter told him it's his fault if he doesn't like it and too bad for him. So he left it at the stand. I asked if she offered to let him have another type or anything. He said nope and that she was very angry. So we went back and he told her very politely in Spanish that maybe she could give us another one. She replied in Spanish "absolutely not.This is how I make my money and I'm not giving you anything and if you were to go to any other restaurant they would never accept this and give you another drink" (she was also very aggressive and throwing her arms around loudly) My husband let her know very nicely that he knows that any other normal restaurant would be happy to replace the drink. She insisted no and continued to yell and argue then very aggressively dumped out my previous drink and filled it with lemonade and said "If you don't like Agua frescas then don't come back and she won't help us again" I asked her how was I to know that it was going to taste like crap if I didn't buy one. Again I was told rudely to not come back and that all her waters are made fresh daily and she would not help us again. Wow! Over water. So back story. My husband and I go to the outlets at Least twice a week to just walk. We have passed by that stand hundreds of times and seen the Agua. During the week The outlets are very slow so we always discuss what happens to all the left over Agua... do they throw them, do they make them fresh daily, where are they stored etc. So today upon walking by I seriously thought it would be fresh since the jar was completely full. Well it wasn't. I guess I got my answer to all the questions my husband and I had been wondering. And there is absolutely no way in hell the left overs are thrown out daily if this RUDE lady was completely against giving me a new water. Just one cup. So her stating she makes them all fresh DAILY I would assume is a lie. Actually I would bet my 2 kids on it that she does not. (And they are great kids) that's how sure I am that these waters are old. Along with the hairs I saw on the fruits when I walked away. But I was seriously trying to be POSITIVE. The amount of rudeness and aggression was mind blowing! The lady can keep her toilet water. DON'T DRINK THE KOOL-AID!!!!! read more

As far as outlets go, this one isn't that bad. Plenty of parking and all the shops you really need. It's in the west side, so not a terrible drive down I-10 or over the mountain... As with any outlets, discounts a plenty here... And what's actually kinda cool, they also how military discounts... Some places. Discounts on top of discounts? Pretty legit if you ask me..... Not in the military? Damn brah, don't hate... Hit me up and we'll get ya signed up... Then go through all the years of sh*t and pain and sacrifice we go through and BAAAMMM... Get an extra 10% discount, at select locations. I mean, that's why I signed up at 17... And am in my 15th yr.... The freakin discounts... I've EASILY saved over $100 total in the last 15 yrs of getting tiny discounts at places... So with that math, only 30 more years and I can get me an Xbox One! So take that! Suckers. The selections that are in the mall are great value and Services could use a little bit of work but overall good quality of services.

Gotta hand it to the Outlet Shoppes at EP and say that there are some bat-S*#! crazy deals here every time I come. They may not have all the amazing stores like some other outlet malls have but dang the prices are insane. They've added a few new stores from the past reviews including Columbia, Brooks Brothers, BCBG, North Face, and Express. The food court includes a philly cheese steak spot, subway, pizza joint, and of course Hot Dog on a Stick. Parking is a tad bit of a mess during the holidays but seriously the prices here are too good to pass up. read more

Ratings are all over the place for this mall (some I don't understand...a 2 star, but then mentioning you were able to buy three pairs of pants for $7...huh?). But this is the only outlet mall in El Paso (and for miles). This is the newest mall in EP. And this is, in my opinion, the best mall in EP. What I love the most about this mall is it's outdoors. When I was a kid I loved Northpark Mall (r.i.p.) and the Outlet Shoppes has the same open feel. In the summer (sometimes the spring and fall too) they have these fountains in the center of some of the intersections. I don't know if it was intended for this, but people...kids...like to run through them before eating and then heading home. It's strangely mesmerizing, mostly because I think back to my childhood running through this fake little sprinkler thing with my sister. If only the Outlets were around back then. The winters do get pretty cold in EP, but you're only walking a short distance to each store so the weather is no biggie. And when were lucky enough to get snow, there's nothing more beautiful than walking through the lit up OS while watching the snow fall. Rain? Ehhhh, we don't get it enough for it to matter. Yes, there are some stores here that we have in other malls (i.e. the Gap and Banana Republic), but there are tons of others we don't (Adidas anyone???). And even if the item your looking for isn't on sell, they tend to be cheaper than what you'd find at Cielo Vista, Sunland or Bassett. Even if it is only by a few dollars. I love Adidas shoes and so I'm here quite often, last time I bought some $90 high tops for $40...the deals do exist. Any time a male friend needs something like a wallet (and this happens surprisingly often), I make them go to Kenneth Cole because 1) the wallets look good, 2) the wallets are always on sale, and 3) KC uses quality material. Some of my other favorite stores here are Michael Kors, Zumies, Tommy Hilfiger, Guess, Converse, Journeys, Coach, and the Jewlery Box (a dolla makes me holla!). There's also the Ripley's Candy Factory that has a mirror maze in it. I've gone through it before, it was more fun then I thought it would be (twice I realized I was following myself). The food court is the smallest of all the EP mall food courts. Right now they only have Yogolicious, Hotdog on a Stick, Subway, Villa Pizza, and Rice Garden. Right outside the food court there's a stand that sells churros and other munchies called Probaditas. Across from that is my favorite stop, the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. If nothing else, get the Apple Pie Apple! Around the corner there's also Tazas Coffee, if you're in that kind of mood. As a mall, the only thing OS is lacking is a movie theater. I have high hopes for one close in the near future because there is so much open space nearby. read more

It's an outdoor outlet mall. Most of the major labels like Nike, Guess, Coach, Polo, H&M, Old Navy, Converse etc. Just be aware not all stores mark stuff down here. Some just have a presence to make you feel like you are saving money. Coach marks stuff WAY down, Addidas marks stuff WAY down. Take the time to really look at the sales, because they aren't always as good as you think they are. Famous Footwear does NOT beat any of the brand stores on price. So take the time to shop. You are here to save money right? If you can shop ANY other day but a weekend you'll be okay. On weekends, if you are a shopper without kids and without the need for really loud music blaring from every show shop in the place, you'll want to get in and out as soon as possible. On weekends it is packed with tons of families with kids - especially the shoe stores - and many of the stores catering to the younger folks have super loud music. So if you are a shopper of a certain age. Plan your visit. Lots of parking. read more

Lots of local food vendors in the middle aisle. Also, the inflatable playground is at the back of the mall. read more

We were in El Paso for a wedding and had some free time and decided to go to the outlet shoppers market. They have a lot of really nice stores that we had gone into and purchased from. It was a bummer that it was so hot because it's an outdoor mall but that's not their fault. We will definitely be going back they have a great selection of stores. read more

I always enjoy shopping out here. They provide military discounts to our servicemembers, they have a decent selection of stores to choose from and a little food court to refresh yourself and get back out there shopping. I highly recommend bringing sunscreen though, this IS the desert and this is an outside outlet mall. some of the stores out here: Nike Vans Micheal Kors Ralph Lauren Sunglass Hut Calvin Klien a few jewelry stores Rue 21 Claires Aeropostale My only issue, many of these stores are located in Sunland Park or Cielo Vista or Fountains. The discount doesnt make up for the drive out there depending on the side of town you live on unless you go on a holiday weekend. Holiday weekends equals deep discounts. I don't understand how this place doesn't have five stars! One of the few "big" things that El Paso Texas has:) the Outlets are of EL Paso are a really great place to shop and save a few bucks. They have soooo many stores and everything is easily accessible there is private parking and also a huge food court! In the summer they have a little water sprinkler thing for kids. I am impressed with the store selection H&M bath and body works. NY and CO, to name a few:) it's also refreshing to know that you can shop somewhere that will always have specials! I decided that I will longer go to the mall and deal with mall shenanigans I will just drive the extra 16 minutes and stick to the outlets I only wish they had a victory secrets but hey maybe in the future! read more

This was Amy first time visiting this Outlet Shopping Center and I will say I really like the shops available. I noticed the parking is all around the outlet making it convenient for everyone. I noticed everyone practicing social distancing and wearing masks. I particularly went to the Nike Outlet store and like the flow of people traffic they had set up. Staff was readily available to help with my needs for sizes and items. The hand sanitizer inside the Nike store was stink! I recommend you just wash your hands or bring your own Sanitizer that actually contains alcohol. Overall the store was clean, spacious and safe. In particular there was a reptile store that contained interesting reptiles that all look well taken care of. Snakes you can touch, Scorpions very active, Amphibians that we're very curious and Chameleons that really know how to hide! Great store to take your young kids to in absence of a Zoo during this pandemic. I notice there was barely any lingerie stores. The remainder of the mall was good for walking, shopping and getting some updated items. I recommend this location for easy shopping and gift giving. read more

Like many other Outlets, this one offered the standard shops. What I didn't appreciate is the fact that many of the stores were small in size which means their selection is small. I also didn't like the fact that their prices weren't all that reduced... Try Cabazon in SoCal, they have EVERY store (including Gucci & Burberry)! read more

I was coming back from Las Cruces and felt like walking around a bit in the nice summer evening weather, and decided to check out the outlet mall. There are a ton of stores, and since it's the holiday weekend, there were a number of sales. But there are options for everyone, and the way that the property is designed, there are spaces to sit down and relax at, in case shopping may not be your thing. :-) read more

I've been to the Outlet Shoppes a few times. It's sort of far for me so I don't come that often. Overall, all of my experiences have been positive. I would recommend dressing accordingly to the weather. Your shopping experience is going to be outside often. You'll see what I mean if you go. There's been some nice and not so nice employees in the different stores I've been to. Many, if not all of the stores, offer discounts on their items. A good place to go and see if there's additional sales is the Outlet Shoppes website. They post sales and coupons. They're pretty current. I follow them on social media because they have free events. They also give away giftcards so I sign up for them too. I haven't won yet but maybe one of these days? It's free so why not? There's many restaurants nearby. They also have a food court and snacks for sale. Don't forget their weekend local market either. You can find some cool stuff. I love to also support local business so I check it out if I'm there on a Saturday or Sunday. I like to buy my son shirts at the Nike store. I have also bought my boyfriend uniforms for work. These aren't really cheap anywhere, not even here. My favorite stores for me are: Guess, Coach and the Dallas Cowboys store. I have yet to buy a Coach bag here but I enjoy browsing. I've bought shoes and blouses at Guess. I've bought gifts for family at the Cowboys store. Another store that has really good deals is Old Navy. I've bought my son clothes from here. But the prices aren't any better than going to the stores in metro areas, which is what I thought the point was at outlet malls. The splash pad floor is a seriously dangerous concrete floor. There's no grip and many children today fell causing themselves harm. The floor is completely slippery and many children wearing swimming shoes were falling as well. The barefoot children were also falling and slipping to the ground. My toddler and nieces and nephews fell several times. Please make the floor safer!!! read more

I bought a wallet here for a Christmas gift. It didn't have a box, none of the wallets did. I asked for a box and they told me they throw them out. When they removed the sensor it left a hole in the wallet. So I decided to return it and they wouldn't take it back because I hadn't given them my email when I purchased it! What????!!!! I've sent an email to corporate and I will receive my refund. I won't go back there again. read more
