Normally this would have never been the kind of store I entered. I really do not like shopping and do the majority of it online, However, the reason I first entered this store was that of my mother and now has become several visits which I do not regret. My mom loves this store because of the variety of purses they sell. She buys these purses as gifts for her staff because I guess they all go super nuts over purses, especially Michael Kors. It's an advantage for her because it seems that TJ Maxx is always carrying Michael Kors in stock and this location is very convenient for us. Now the reason I love this store is because of the Homegoods section. I love this side of the store because of some of the unique furnishings I can find for a home that works as perfect gifts for my staff. I have bought a variety of different items ranging from vases to Eiffel towers, paintings to items for the kitchen that my staff loves. Some have even asked me if I can find another piece because they loved it so much. Sometimes I can but sometimes you run into a problem of it being pretty unique that you just might not see it the next day. I find the staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful and the checkout process is usually rather quick. read more

Literally the worst tj Maxx I've ever been too workers are rude as all can be I was in such a good mood today till I went into this store I left feeling awful due to the customer service the quality of products for the price your paying is not even close the woman also kept trying to force the credit cards they are "mandated" to ask but she wouldn't take no for an answer like every other tjx chain I've been to would I unfortunately will never return here or ever spend money here again 0/5 workers are extremely rude store is dirty and cluttered corporate really needs to come fix this store read more

This is the place to come to get your home ready for the holidays- any holiday! The variety is amazing and the prices are great! Pumpkin spice coffees, assorted biscotti, fuzzy slippers for your feet- even in your man's size! Get comfortable and get remedy for fall! read more

Overall, they have amazing things at a pretty good deal. The only thing that bothers me is that you'll have to wait in a very long line to check out! It seems like it doesn't matter what time of day or day of the week it is it's always a long line. read more

Never had a problem getting a family changing room to breastfeed and change my baby at other stores across the country. But seems to be a problem here for some reason? Very inconsiderate to their main demographic of shoppers. Will not return to this location. read more

I can literally stay in this store for hours and only walk out with a few items! Lol I love to "window shop" here! I'm sure my husband wishes I'd not take as long but he's a trooper and he loves shopping too, he just won't admit it. I love the combo of Tj max and Homegoods. Who thought of that because I'd like to thank them. I love looking at all the decor and I'm obsessed with their organization aisle! So many containers and bins ,oh my! Combo store of shopping heaven! Deals on purses, luggage cosmetics, fashion Jewelry, lingerie, clothing, linens, rugs kitchen and pet needs. I like to buy lotions, guest bathroom hand soaps, home decor and kitchen stuff. This is the go to place for gifts even for that person that has everything. Especially for under 20.00 you can find a great gift. The only bad thing about going here is I lose track of time and I want to buy so much! Went shopping for some birthday gifts and to see if they had anything cool I could get my nephew for Christmas! Sure enough, found a really cool piece for my nephews room and picked it up for one of his Christmas gifts! The store over all had a lot of nice stuff and it was well stocked! No complaints here! The store and merchandise are great. Customer service however is the worst you can find. The store on 6450 Desert Boulevard in El Paso TX has the worst managers. I tried returning items purchased a few days back and was basically accused of changing tags! Most days cashiers and managers are arguing with each other while the waiting line keeps growing. Managers and unresponsive and not friendly. Terrible location to go shopping and expect to have a great shopping experience. read more

The runway portion of this store has highly damaged items. I purchased a dress for my daughter not realizing this and when I attempted to return it with the tags and receipt I was told no by the department manager-despite the fact that customer service approved it! be very cautious when purchasing here as they do not follow the corporate return policy. read more

The home goods store connected to tj max has to have been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I spent about an hour picking out items for my house and everything was fine until it was time to pay. I spent a large sum of money and paid in cash, when it was time to leave I asked for my receipt to be printed but the computer crashed and their was no record of my transaction. Thirty minutes passed they finally found the receipt and was told I would receive 10% off. They told me they had to rescan everything and they did and that I would receive 20% off. I was growing impatient as a lot of time had passed. Finally they rescanned everything and they overcharge me by $7 so they tell me they have to rescan everything again. By this point I am pretty upset and knew that they didn't want to give me the 20% off and were making up more excuses. I told them no and that I was leaving, they were more than happy to tell me that it was fine and they would put everything back. I highly recommend that you do not shop here and a lot of their inventory is damaged. read more

I am not from the area, but I like that the stores are connected. Where I live there is a HomeGoods right next to a TJMaxx and they are not connected. Since they are connected here, you make returns to the same place which is convenient! This store was surprisingly clean and well organized. I always love shopping here! read more

TJ Maxx is typically a favorite but I was disappointed with the selection at this location. The customer service was courteous which made the long waits more bearable but if given the chance I would probably skip the store altogether in the future. read more

This is the best Tj maxx/homegoods in town! The products are awesome, the store is clean, and the employees are SO friendly. Every time I've visited it's as if the staff senses when I need help because I'll turn around and there's someone asking me if I need help finding something.
