Diane also stated that there are spaces available, but not for what I needed. That makes no sense. Either you are renting it or not. Nina could've actually left a voicemail or sent an email. Poor communication and lack of professionalism on both employees I am no longer interested in renting an office space here.

The most impressive design piece they have are all of the incredible chandeliers that are made out of bike parts, tools, and all kinds of scattered items. all kinds of delectable pop art adorn the walls, there's a beautiful grand piano, comfy leather couches, a tucked away mini bar, and plenty of containers serving snacks that are more designer than edible (marshmallow peeps, candy corn, oddly shaped pretzels). They even have a tubby black cat walking around that loves to be pet. By far my favorite part about here though are all of the elaborate sculptures that have been mentioned before. the first thing you will notice outside is a deer statue that has bright orange lights.

i stayed here for about a week while having to be on-site at a client's. a very excellent location,…read moreclose to public transit for getting to the airport and around town and surrounded by restaurants and shopping to spend your hard-earned corporate cash. the apartments are quite spacious (i was in a 2-bedroom, 2.5 bath with living room and kitchen) and free (wired) high speed internet is available (although i had some trouble and had to call comcast--turns out it was just a loose connection). basic cable, too, available in the bedrooms and living room. beds are quite comfortable. the apartment was clean upon check-in and there's an ironing board/iron and cordless phone with answering machine (although i think it was about to explode with all the messages that were there). minimal toiletries (like a hotel). your own mailbox downstairs, too (which i never used). i'd give it 5 stars except there was no one at the front desk when i arrived (7ish at night) so i waited outside for about 10 minutes until someone walked out, then i sat in the lobby another 5 until the doorman (doorperson?) showed up. i've walked by the front desk many times to find no one there, so good luck when you're checking in! pets are allowed. (a neighbor had a big smelly dog. :\)

Despite numerous follow-ups over an extended period, we repeatedly received assurances that the payment had been sent and was "in the mail." However, the balance was never paid. We made every reasonable effort to resolve the matter directly and gave them multiple opportunities to fulfill their obligation. Unfortunately, after exhausting all collection attempts, we were forced to refer the account to a collection agency. Based on our experience, we found Marble Works' representations regarding payment to be unreliable, and we would strongly caution other suppliers to secure full payment before releasing materials.
