It is run by a 501(c)3 charity and is owned by another 501(c)3 organization where the bookings are done by volunteers so there is no paid staff. They even let us hook our laptop to their 70" wall TV so we had pictures of our past lives & 40 year marriage all rotating on the big screen. Big kitchen and bar counter and buffet table met all of our needs and our caterer's needs.

I reached out to the company via website as requested on the site. The response took a few days. As soon as John responded to my email, I replied right away to agree on day and time to meet and possibly place a deposit but John did not respond to my emails nor was he at the site. No one ever answers the phone, it goes directly to VM and no one returned my phone call.

Erika is amazing and will make sure that when your event is happening you don't have to think about anything except having fun. I am a type A personality that likes to have my hands in everything and has trouble letting go. Erika made sure that everything went smoothly and went above and beyond. When we arrived to our event early for photographs she showed us everything that she had done and it was perfect, she even added a few touches of her own which worked amazingly well for the candle lighting ceremony that we did. The venue is painted black with tons of neon and artwork and has a separate area for the kids to have a cocktail hour and one for them to eat upstairs with a dance floor that's common for everybody. They do a fun reveal for dinner where they open the garage doors to the room where the adults will be eating which has a water wall and all kinds of interesting artwork on the walls. Erika streamlined everything working with all of our vendors and making sure that everything was perfect. I cannot say enough about how wonderful it is to have an event at a place where you know you're gonna be taken care of and have it turn out better than expected. There was a sign that it's $10 for non members to enter. I was told this isn't heavily enforced. Membership is only $25 per house hold. Food portions were generous and priced less than what I expected. We did not order food but these are food photos of items ordered by some of our friends at other tables. Another friend ordered the spinach dip and pita and that looked amazing! People said they really enjoyed the food they ordered. I wasn't thrilled with the service. The Waitress didn't want to separate checks which was weird because we're seated with strangers. Eventually they came up with a way to accommodate separate checks using numbered signs when they realized people weren't ordering. I don't know if she was new and didn't know this was an option but her communication style was not great and I know some people did not order because of it. Several of us opted to get our own drinks at the bar and eat elsewhere after the event because of the service. Also wanted to mention that half of the stalls in the women's bathroom had broken locks. I hope someone addresses that because no one wants a visitor when using a public restroom. This really is a beautiful venue with other spaces available for parties. No need to buy coverings for the chairs because they are perfect the way they are, clear so the match any décor you may have in mind. Keeping in mind a Dj or Bluetooth, decorating time( because they don't decorate) and you photographing, 369 machine or a Photo Booth. All of these are added cost. It's best to pick an all inclusive venue and forget the hassle of finding these people yourself. After all you have enough to prepare for the event.
